My account was debited twice and still


My account was debited twice and still no refund or message from the accounting department after 2 weeks. It’s shame because the rest was fine (order and delivery).

Good morning,

we apologize for the delay. As explained by our colleague on March 30, we forwarded the matter to our accounting department, which immediately contacted the payment service provider.

Unfortunately, responses are not always immediate—especially considering the Easter period and related holiday closures—therefore a few days were required to handle the procedure. Had you contacted us to request an update, we would have been more than happy to keep you in the loop and provide clarification.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused; from our standpoint, it was expected that a few technical days would be necessary to complete the process.

We would like to inform you that on Friday afternoon we received confirmation of the transaction reversal and promptly proceeded with the refund, which you should see reflected today or, at the latest, by tomorrow.
