After the first part was lost in transit I must say what amazing service, within 24 hours of you guys finding out via a quick email,that parcel had been lost you had contacted ups kept me updated and also arranged a replacement which has been delivered all within 24 hours. Can not fault this company. Thank you

Parts as shown on the website do not…
Parts as shown on the website do not turn up. Instead cheaper versions are sent and when I question it they said it will do the same job won’t it. I’ve asked for my money back, they said they would collect the part on Friday. It’s Monday and it’s still here.

Great Service
Goods were dispatched very quickly. When the delivery company delivered the wrong parcel to me Direct Heating sent out a second parcel immediately and was delivered to me in less than 24 hours. Great service. 👏🏻

Do not buy from this company they miss…
Do not buy from this company they miss sell and over charge for the item. Then expect you to waste a load of your time sorting it out for them. If I could give zero stars I would.

The part that you have purchased, whilst may show some slight visual differences is suitable for the purpose you have purchased it for.
We have 20,000 products listed on our website and we try to ensure that all of the product information is up to date. We are picking this up with our supplier and will update this instance as soon as possible.

Speedy delivery
I ordered a part for my boiler cabinet at 3.45 on Monday. I was informed almost immediately that this part was on back order and would take 5-7 working days. It wasn't urgent so I expected to wait up to 2 weeks. The part arrived at 2.45 today Wednesday. Beautifully boxed and well protected. I am one very happy customer. Thank you.

Good and bad
I've had good, I have definitely had bad.
Sometimes the CS is good, others its been like dangled off a bridge
The website is good, the speed of postage is good, but should you have a problem they can certainly fail on that department.
Its such a shame they are a sister company to the sinking ship that is city plumbing (chitty plumbing)
