There used to be on time and answer a phone... Anymore, they forget to ship my shipments and I can't ever get through on the phone. I've just been going without so often. Anymore I don't know what else to do.There's places a joke anymore

Can not get through on the phone. I've been on hold for hours! And it's not just because it's a Monday this is every day that I call. And the patient portal is useless. I have medical needs and they're playing with my supplies. This is not a reputable company.

Actually I would give no stars. I have used CCS medical for 2 years. Everything was good. Then January 2026 I changed insurance. I have been waiting since 2/6 for my sensors. Same thing as others have reported e mails go in answered. Have waited over 2 hours on hold. I requested a call back and received one 36 hours later. Was told she released my order for shipping on 3/20 and should receive in 5-7 business days. It is 2 weeks later and no supplies. Called again but got the virtual agent. Once again told they are waiting for the documentation from the doctor. It has been sent.

I am currently on hold for 1 hour 9 minutes. This is to respond the email from them to set up my on-line account which failed. After about 10-15 minutes wait it gave me an opportunity to reply 1 to have them call me back but because my phone screen was black the prompt only waited about 5 seconds and I missed my chance. This is my 3rd attempt to get my account set up each with ridiculously long wait times. If I could switch to a different vendor, I would instantly.

It should be a minus 10!!!!! I have been kept on hold for longer than 2 hours several times. I called from another number one of those times while still on hold and got the recorded message that they were closed. Did they think I was going to stay on hold all night? This is absolutely inexcusable.
Numerous times I was promised things would be taken care of quickly and I would receive my CGM supplies soon. It was stall after stall after stall. They didnât communicate with my doctorâs office either like you said you did or would.
This place should be put out of business before they kill somebody.
Donât use CCS, use another supplier
Iâve used ccs medical in 2025. Iâm not sure what is going on but ccs medical service is now terrible. Iâm been trying to get my daughterâs insulin pump supplies for the past month and still no supplies. Iâve called several times with promises of thatâs all we need. Then nothing happens. Iâve been calling the past few days and Iâm on hold for hours. Iâm not getting the option to have them call me back. No email response either. Iâm just trying to cancel the entire order at this point. So, I can use another supplier. If they donât return my copay. Im disputing the charge with my credit card company since Iâve never received the supplies. The website is useless unless you are initiating the order or updating payment and insurance info. Basically, any information so they can collect money.

Iâve been on hold for up to two hours. They say they will call back but never do. Itâs all automated. Itâs the worst medical supply organization. If you do get through. They put you on hold forever. I returned an item and canât find out if they received it yet.
They took money when not authorized
I looked at my account and noticed a charge for almost 600 dollars. I called the company no answer waited 3.45 hrs and hung up tried at 8:00 am the next day waited on hold for another 2 hrs. Iâm going to my bank to make a fraudulent charge and change my bank info. And Iâm calling my insurance company to complain to them.
Could not be more disappointed
Could not be more disappointed! They say and their website confirms my Continue Glucose Monitor was shipped, when in fact it was not. This happened twice!! So I go without my monitors for over a month. Calls go to hold for over 2 hours!! Then they recording says that they will call you back and they never do. Very dangerous for something as vital as your health...

IF I could give negative stars I would. Never aswers the phone. Will not call when you send a email asking for a callback. Instaed they ask for info. Like they don't know who I am by my phone, email, or address. 1in 2025 they charged me a 20% copay. I found out from my isurance company that the deductable was eliminated January of 2025!!!

CCS has never been the preferred 3rdâŠ
CCS has never been the preferred 3rd party for me, however, they were at least manageable until last month. A few weeks ago, I received an email that an order was being mailed out. It even stated that I authorized it I had not reached out to them online or the phone for anything. Then there was a problem with the delivery. I had to sign for it, which has never been the case either. In all my years with them, nothing has ever needed to be signed. I wasn't home and received a notice from USPS. I set up a redelivery and stayed home the entire day for this. On the following business day, the tracking stated it was set for redelivery on the day that had already passed. I emailed CCS and didn't receive a response. I checked the tracking again 3 days later and it was being sent back to them. I emailed again asking them to take the charge off my insurance company. I received a response a few days later stating that I spoke with a representative and the issue was resolved. Again, I had not spoken to anyone by this point. I responded with that, and finally received another response that the warehouse had received the original package back. Last Monday, I tried calling and waited on hold for 1 hour and 17 minutes. I finally hung up. I have emailed them again, asking them to release the insurance claim, and no response. I am on hold again, today, it's currently been 1 hour and 25 minutes. This company has gone so far downhill. I will be finding a different company very soon.

The VERY worst company I have ever dealt with and Iâm 67 years old. No customer service, Iâm so glad my doctor is sending me to another company for my diabetic supplies, be prepared to spend a minimum of 2 hours on hold and thatâs if you call at 8 am. I was overbuild by CCS Medical. I caught the mistake in November 2025, it is the second week of March and the issue has not been resolved. CCS Medical has routinely said they have sent a check in the mail to correct the overcharging, but I have received numerous mailings for re-orders, but have not received the check to correct their mistake. I have waited on the phone for them to answer my call and have been hung up twice after waiting 45 minutes for them to answer. CCS Medical is terrible and I would advise no one to do business with them.

I wish I could give negative stars!! I ordered insulin pump supplies in December and they still haven't sent them. I have called and spoke to a very rude representative who said both of my insurance companies are saying they are primary. I called them both and that is not true. My secondary has never been my primary. I did find out they have never billed my secondary. Yet they still have not sent my supplies. In October of 2025 they changed my credit card twice once for the supplies and the second for no reason over $300 and refuse to return it!! This is the worst company. They hold people's health hostage by not sending out life altering and saving medical equipment!!
