I feel wronged

This company sent me a box to send my items to them. I received and email stating that they would not accept my items because of the packaging. when these items were sent. They were in date and the items were unopened. The company said that they would return them to me if I pay the shipping since they paid shipping for me to send it to them. I feel like they are being petty. I feel scammed.

We're sorry to hear you feel this way. Unfortunately, we're unable to identify your shipment based on this review.

We provide prepaid shipping labels at our expense so customers can send their items to us. If a shipment arrives with products that don't meet our purchasing requirements, we're unable to issue payment. In those cases, customers are welcome to have their items returned, but we ask that they cover the return postage since we've already paid the cost to receive the shipment.

We understand this may be disappointing, but this policy is outlined in our Terms & Conditions before items are shipped.

Diabetic Exchange is the only way to go!

Diabetic Exchange did a great job communicating and payment came really fast. I was paid the next day after they received my product. I will definitely continue to use them in the future.

I would recommend this company for many


I would recommend this company for many reasons:
Great customer service
Great response time
Answered any questions you have
Along with many other things, like I lost my tracking number and they provided it for me. The only thing I would change is the payment, it says same day payment and that isn't true...
