I got my kit in 3 days and it only took 3 days for the company to get it i had my money, I like that the price they say they will pay is what they pay not something else when they get your supplies I had other companies do that to me. SCAMMERS
This company’s business practices are extremely concerning. They advertise high offers to attract customers, but once they receive your item, they significantly reduce the price.
After taking possession, they appear to look for any reason to justify a lower offer—often claiming the item or packaging was damaged. In my case, the item was securely packed, yet they still reported a damaged box, raising serious concerns that the damage may have been fabricated—potentially even using artificial intelligence in their assessment process.
The pattern is clear: they bait customers with high initial quotes, then lowball them once the item is in their control, all while maintaining a superficially friendly tone.
Be aware—the final offer may be as low as 40% of what was originally promised.

We take claims like this seriously, but this description does not reflect how this transaction was handled.
After receiving the shipment, we completed a standard inspection and provided a clear breakdown along with supporting photos. Based on the condition of the items, we offered an adjusted payout as well as the option to have the items returned.
All pricing adjustments are based on item condition and are outlined in our terms prior to submission. We do not change offers arbitrarily, and customers are always free to decline and request a return.
The customer ultimately agreed to the final payout in writing.
We aim to keep the process transparent and consistent for every customer.
