I decided to try them out. They have excellent prices and a large buy back inventory. I was curious and sent them a text message. They had a prompt reply. Frances explained everything to me step by step and walked me through the process. I had a lot of questions. Even though we went back and forth with the same things, I wanted to be sure. She was excellent and made sure I was satisfied with her explanation before I agreed to work with them.
