Diagnosis Pad uses private on-device Artificial Intelligence to generate medical diagnoses, guidance, transcriptions and clinical notes for you in real-time. The AI processing is done offline on your device, keeping consultations private as no patient data is sent to the cloud. As the consultation progresses, Diagnosis Pad provides the top diagnoses and recommendations using its AI engine trained on vast amounts of medical data. At any moment, you can consult the medical terminology database which is enhanced with AI to not only tell you what it is but why it could be relevant to the diagnosis. Additionally, the software transcribes consultations for analysis and summarizes the transcript.

Offline, private Intelligent AI tool

Really useful app to have in the doctor's tool kit. It provides transcriptions and notes but it also uses this information to give feedback on questions to ask the patient and potential diagnoses in real-time. If you are unsure what the diagnosis is or why it has come up with it, you can select the diagnosis and it will explain it to you according to what the conversation was. Aside from these great features, the best part is that it is offline, meaning there is no cloud processing. Patient data should not be sent to the internet for processing and I admire this app for working offline. A great tool and highly recommended.
