What an amazing company ♥
What an amazing company, Alex has delt with my claim I was so nervous but at the end of my teather he really has gone above and beyond to help me the whole process his been easy and stress free his talked me through every step and my case is now with the legal team, I can't thank Alex enough in just a week all my repairs are starting to get done I've been fighting for over 2 years, but the second dial a claim got involved everything started moving fast I'm truly greatful

Excellent support from ‘DIAL A CLAIM’
I have had excellent support from Alex from Dial a claim. I was just browsing through my instagram at night and came across their page , filled my details in and thought let me see if they can help me as I was going through a time with my landlord for the past 11 years …, I got a call the next morning from Alex who explained the claim process to me, I mentioned that I’m a bit anxious with legal issues and never done it before, Alex was very kind and reassuring that I can go ahead and what ever the outcome is it wouldn’t affect me. He reassured and encouraged me to take the opportunity for my family. He is very good at his job, made me feel confident in talking about the whole situation I was going through and he is a very good listener . I would always appreciate the support from ‘Dial a claim ‘

I’d really like to thank dial a claim for helping me to make the best decision for myself and my father. I was very hesitant in getting involved with any claims people or solicitors ,but when it was explained to me that it wouldn’t affect us with our housing association or any other way,the reason i say this is because Ive talked to other claims firms before and it just didn’t sound right to me,but then i came across dial a claim i spoke to a man called Alex and it was him personally that put our mind at ease,he’s the reason that things have moved so quickly because he genuinely cared about our situation. Alex and his female colleague were and are so supportive in getting everything started and me and my father would personally like to thank Alex.

Can’t believe how quick things have been sorted.
Within 2 days of speaking to Alex they have sorted out my problem I needed help with.
The next day a solicitor got in touch and sorted the paperwork out.
