My review on Tania on the 29th of june, 2026.
To be honest with you, I lost hope in the system that allows companies to post ads on social media and as soon as they collect your data, they knock off.
Actually, When I got a call from Tania, I was pissed as soon as she mentioned claims because I had been through a few accident at work claims on social media without a feedback on the forms completed. So naturally, I told her that I was stressed, fed up and no longer interested in pursuing any claims anymore but she calmed me quietly and explained to me that I will never win by backing out. She encouraged me to calm down and explain things to her, which I did. After our interaction on the matter, she transfered me to the legal unit with my permission to speak to them. I did talked to Hassan at the legal unit and was asked to expect an email,either positive or negative depending on their findings wheather to represent me in the case or not. At the end of my discussion with him, I called back to give Tania the feedback but the line couldn't link up so I decided to text and thank her for putting so much effort to ensure she reduced my stressed life. She was really pleasant, calm with a good listening ear. Truly she spoke with empathy and her assistance was fruitful up to this stage. I am happy to have spoken to her when she called.

I spoke to a young lady called Estelle regarding my claim for repairs outstanding on my house regarding my housing association she was very polite and helpful on the phone and went through everything with me dealt with the matter very easy and took on my Claim against the housing Association she kept me up-to-date with everything and very, very helpful I would definitely highly recommend her.
