Samantha was an amazing help! She was genuinely invested in the condition of my pet and took out her own time to check in after the consultation to make sure he was okay.

Very happy with her service and glad she was assigned to help us.

Samantha is absolutely amazing. She followed up after our appointment just to see how my dog Garby was going.

This is the second time we have been fortunate to have help from Samantha and both times she was fantastic, very reassuring and we couldn't have been more happier with her services.

A BRILLIANT service!
I spoke with a vet named Samantha and she was amazing!
She not only made me feel comfortable from the get go, but reassured me that my cats would be okay.
I was sceptical at first as I have never spoken to a vet online, but I was told what to get to help them with their issue and have since been followed up by herself and the the founder of the company to check on how their service was and if there was anything further they could do.
This is a great option for is you’re caught short and your local vet is closed and you don’t know what to do, and need peace of mind before spending a lot of money for an emergency vet visit.
I couldn’t recommend Dial A Vet enough!!

Tried this service as we live remotely, and so happy we did! Very easy and fast to get an appointment via video chat with a vet. Samantha was knowledgeable, calm and thorough, and checked in multiple times hours later to ensure our dog was fine and we were okay. I highly recommend this service especially for anyone living remotely, or those needing immediate after hours assistance. Gave us peace of mind! 5 out of 5 stars for the booking system and overall online service, and 6 out of 5 stars for Samantha being such an incredible vet and support during this stressful time.

This was so easy to book an appointment for warm and friendly expert advice (my dog ate chocolate during the workday!).
I was talked through what to look out for, what would happen if I did want to go to emergency, what to expect and how to help her recover.
Cheap and easy, 100% would do again and save the uncertainty of Google/ ChatGPT searching.

Samantha is amazing! Spoke to her last night as it was late and my silly cat ate some garlic while I was turned around. I was very stressed and instead of having to leave the house at that time of night and rush to emergency I spoke to Samantha, she was very knowledgable with a lovely personality. Reassured me that everything will be okay and told me which medication to give him which luckily I already had at home.

On two occasions now I’ve been able to use Dial a Vet and speak with the lovely Samantha on a Sunday. I live regionally so vets and appointments are limited as well as after hours prices are through the roof. Samantha is super caring and knowledgeable and has always provided excellent advice for our dog. She follows up and checks in on how we are all doing a few days later. A bonus is it’s super affordable too!

It was so easy, I needed some eye drops for my dog and thinking about going to the vet on a weekend made me nervous about the cost involved. Dial A Vet was a much simpler, cheaper option with faster results. Within 10 minutes of the call, I had the medicine I needed for my dog without an expensive consultation.

I was initially hesitant about booking an online vet appointment, but with it being a long weekend — and my puppy being especially reactive during in-person vet visits — I decided to give it a try. My girl had an infected skin fold and I needed advice on what I could do at home to help her heal.

The experience was fantastic. Samantha was knowledgeable, honest, and so easy to talk to. Within 10 minutes, we had a clear plan and recommendations for over-the-counter treatments I could use. I even had a question after the appointment so I sent an email through and had a response in only a few minutes! Best of all, my pup is already looking so much better!

I could not recommend this service highly enough, especially for anyone with reactive or anxious dogs who find vet visits stressful. It made all the difference for us!
