I needed customer service for an issue I was having and they responded insanely quick when I needed it.

I have tried several places on line for purchasing my CBD needs. This place has all the others beat by far. Customer service, prices and selection are all astounding. and if you happen to catch a sale the prices on the sale items are discounted rather deep.

Diamond CBD has the best products, best shipping (arrives very quickly) and the customer service is outstanding! When was the last time you got good ole customer service? You'll get it every time you call them.
Every product I have received has been phenomenal - have never been disappointed.
Have trouble sleeping - they have gummies for that. Have pain they have gummies and topical creams that take the pain away. Have dogs that have joint pain, are a little "crazy" or freak out with 4th of July fireworks they have gummies to take care of them.

Priscilla from Diamond CBD has been a blessing. I have had terrible experiences with online sales. Companies have different policies for reshipping products . I had a package with at around 7 hundred dollars worth of items in it delivered somewhere else. She helped me resolve my issue. I got a package that wasn’t right. I had her personally contact me back to help. Time after time she had helped me out and truly polite to me. You have a wonderful employee that kept me with trading with your business. Been using Diamond CBD a long time. Probably about 4-5 years. Never had a problem except for the occasional lost package from Fedex. Every time, Diamond just covers it without questions and they assume full responsibility even though the shipping company lost it. Just stellar customer service, products, and quality. Highly recommend!
