Excellent company with an excellent and reliable service

Back in October 2023 I discovered I had a flea infestation in my front room (source unknown). I thought I had killed them with my steam cleaner but they soon returned. Armed with extensive research on the life cycle of fleas and how to correctly remove them permanently, I approached a number of pest control companies but only one - Diamond Pest Control - had the correct answers to my questions. Louis the surveyor was knowledgeable and reassuring and Cen the technician was quietly confident and always punctual. I'm still recovering from the upheaval the fleas caused but I am glad I found a genuine, competent and reputable firm to help me out in what has been a very traumatic situation. Choose Diamond and avoid the cowboys!

Quick and effective service, Derrick came the next day I noticed the bed bugs. We had a really bad sofa situation Derrick was always on time, he called before the appointment given me time to come from work. The process was explained in detail and how to prep the house.

Ashley performed 3 separate treatments within 3 weeks for our retail store. He was extremely professional, always on time and extremely quick but effective. Already after the first treatment we didn’t see any returning „guests. Would recommend this company and Ashley’s service to everyone.

Our technical surveyor Derek was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and helpful.
He came for three visits (always giving a small time window and calling to inform of his ETA): he initially gave a very honest and realistic assessment of our issue with occasional mice visits, then proceeded addressing it in the best way that was possible, finally left us with good advice and an improved situation.
