Diamond Pest Control were brilliant. They gave a thorough inspection so that the treatment was suitable for our home, and then by coming back weekly, the problem was thoroughly removed. Special shout out to Cen, who was our technician. Super knowledgeable, friendly and communicates well. Also turns up on the dot of the time he says he will - never known someone to be so punctual!

Diamond Pest control carried out a survey on my terrace after I found pigeons nesting. They advised me that the problem was a hole on the right hand side of the terrace. I paid £375 for that survey and the work (some mesh to be placed over the small hole).

Subsequently, I realised that the problem had not been solved. The access point was somewhere completely different. The work done was pointless. As it was 2 months outside the guarantee period they refused to offer a refund.

Even the man who came to visit to see the robber a second time admitted that they had made a mistake. Fell disappointed by the service.

Used them twice, for mice a couple of years ago then bedbugs recently after having brought them back from a holiday. The staff here are fast, efficient, professional and knowledgable. They are very much my go to pets control company (although I would very much hope I wont need to call them again).

They have been fantastic partners and helped us out of a difficult situation. They were professional, listened, and went above and beyond. I have to thank Derek in particular who has been amazing and who I would 100% recommend

Derek's done, we really see the different results after he sprayed 1st visit and will see after 2nd visit. But his action and clear explaination to us is worked to rid our bed bugs.

James brought knowledge and expertise to deal with our mouse visitors. We haven’t seen them since he completed his third visit, so we are hopeful that they are dealt with. James was courteous, diligent, understanding and helpful.

Derek was fantastic, very accommodating and gave lots of good advice on how to avoid a mouse issue in future. Really good guy to deal with, no complaints at all.

Did a great job getting rid of the bed bugs.

I appreciated that they explained their various steps in the mice control process to me - it was reassuring. I also appreciated that they were punctual, which meant I could get to work as I needed to.

Ely was very friendly and informative. He gave us great advice for how we can address the issue we had and the solutions he suggested had an immediate effect.

Derek and Ken were very meticulous, making sure that no corner was left unchecked. They were very assuring and calming - not the best thing news to find out you have a mouse, but they were able to calm me down and help find a permanent solution. Would definitely recommend.
