Service was highly professional and personable. Her warm welcome put me at ease immediately in the immaculate and intimate Galway showroom and the entire experience was one of elegance, fun and sparkle. Fabulous choice and variety available of the highest quality. Lucie recommended what best complimented my own style with immense patience and charm. My stunning diamond ring arrived within a few short weeks and communication was excellent from beginning to end. Huge credit to Lucie whose style and smile ensured I will return without hesitation. They haven't sent the item, won't answer emails

I placed snd paid for an order a number of weeks ago. I got an email with a confirmation number.

Shortly afterwards I got a second email to say that that contract was not complete and they would contact me within 5 working days. That was 17 days ago. Ive written to them twice but have had no response. I will now attempt a charge back on my card. I think this site is a scam

Refusing refund, been sitting on my item for 6 full days now and acting like they don't have it. Worst customer service on the planet, will ignore all of your attempts to contact them no matter what platform you try.

It has gotten so bad that I will be taking them to Small Claims Court this week to amend this because they have ignored all matters of settling it peacefully.

AVOID IF YOU WANT TO EVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

I really like the earrings and would have rated them a 5. Packaging supplied was beautiful. However, the backs supplied with the earring were very loose. I would have lost the earrings very quickly if I didn't replace other backs. I messaged Diamonds Factory to flag this but didn't receive a reply which is why I'm giving a 3 rating

Recently purchased two wedding bands from Diamonds Factory Cork. Really great experience, the girls I dealt with were both fab (Caoimhe and Janaina) and they were super accommodating when I wanted to change my ring after ordering. Rings were ready for quickly and we’re both absolutely delighted with them!

We had such an amazing experience getting our wedding rings with Jemima at the Diamonds Factory in Limerick. The whole experience was seamless and we were treated with top class customer service throughout. We were kept updated with the progress of both our rings which made for a very smooth process. My ring was a custom piece that they had not previously made and it matched flawlessly with my engagement ring, without having to send it away for weeks at a time. Such an amazing experience, we loved the ease of the process and how we were guided through the experience. The ring we picked was so beautiful and beyond are expectations.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. What should have been a straightforward and fair resolution turned into a frustrating and stressful process.
Despite raising a legitimate concern and requesting a refund, the company continues to insist on refunding only 70% of the ring's value, while refusing to provide a reasonable explanation as to why they believe they are entitled to retain the remaining 30%. As a consumer, I expected professionalism, transparency, and a willingness to resolve the issue fairly. Instead, I have been met with resistance and a lack of customer care.
The most disappointing aspect is not the financial loss, but the complete disregard for customer satisfaction and consumer rights. A reputable jeweller should stand behind its products and treat customers fairly when issues arise. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience.
I would strongly encourage potential customers to carefully consider their options before purchasing from this business. If a problem arises after the sale, do not expect the level of support and fairness that one would reasonably expect from a professional jeweller.
