Jewellery when it arrived was lovely.
However, it was nearly 5 weeks later than promised and the communication was very poor - No updates until we chased up ourselves.

I had an outstanding experience with consultant Glauce. She was consistently patient, warm, and incredibly helpful as she guided me through choosing the perfect ring for my partner. She explained the diamond specifications in detail — things I never even knew existed — and made the whole process enjoyable and stress‑free. I’m absolutely delighted with the final result. I highly recommend Diamonds Factory in Cork!

The rings were delivered as scheduled, they are beautiful, the size is just right. Very happy with the service and the price is reasonable.

The ring is great , my fiance love it so much, only thing is the communication between process of making ring and collecting it was very bad and not much satisfied about it, and also a lot of calls with fake promises but yet at the end they deliver it in time after all my frustration the ring was with me 2 day before my trip.

We ordered my finances bespoke wedding ring in your Dublin location and were given a delivery date of end of April - at the same time we discussed a bespoke ring for me and a commitment to get back to me with a price. We called in to your shop in mid April before the designated delivery date to enquire about my outstanding quote and it was quite clear that this had been forgotten about as there was no record on the system. We asked if delivery of my finances ring was still on time to be told it would be two weeks late. You then contacted us to say the ring had arrived in the shop and we would have to use the link in the email and book an appointment - which we did requesting the first Saturday. No one got back to us by email or telephone so we went to the shop on the first Saturday to be told you were busy and that we would have to come back in 30 mins which we did only to be left standing outside the shop as your staff took a walk in customer before us. When we then asked why we were being ignored your staff said that we had to book an appointment! I showed her the email request and zero response from the request and she stated that that was not her department and asked us to wait outside for a table to become free. We insisted on seeing our ring and a verbal standoff ensued again around the appointment system took place. So really poor customer service - confrontational and dismissive. No apology. We will making our point on social media about this experience and it wont be positive.

The staff were Professional & unbelievably helpful for the whole experience. Specifically Jemima & Mansi in the limerick showroom.

Visited the diamond factory in powerscourt (Dublin)
Great service and felt a valued customer. Milena was a great help and very knowledgeable in picking out my diamond studs. Very happy with them. Studs were delivered on time with GIA certs.
I had visited two other jewellers before and found DF prices much more affordable. Well done Diamond Factory.

I collected my engagement ring on Saturday and it is the most amazing ring I ever saw, the girls in Diamonds factory were so lovely and helpful when I was picking it out and gave me so much advice, I can't stop looking at my hand, I would recommend everyone to buy their engagement in here!

Bought online, excellent collection of designs and service.

The quality is good, but size was bigger than we requested. They completely ignore messages and there is no customer service, apparently!! Disappointed =/
