Sehr schlechter Kundenservice. Ich habe eine Winterjacke , die sich nach kurzer Zeut hinten total verzogen hat. Eine Schneiderin hat mir dann gesagt das sie falsch zusammen genäht wurde. Ich habe der Fa.Bilder geschickt und bekam als Antwort ich solle ins Geschäft gehen in dem ich sie gekauft habe. Das habe ich gemacht , natürlich habe ich den Kassenzettel nicht mehr. Man hat also nichts gemacht. Die Fa.Didriksons hat mir einen Gutschein über 20 % angeboten. Das ist bei einer neuwertigen Jacke zu wenig. Jetzt geht auch der Reissverschluss nicht mehr richtig. Schade , die Jacke sitzt gut. Ich werde aber keine mehr kaufen

Jas verkleurd enorm na 1 jaar en regelmatig wassen en impregneren is deze zodanig verkleurd dat hij helemaal vaal is geworden . Waardeloos

Ok parka, but a cheap as heck zipper. Broke after 1 year of use. Zipper is entirely plastic and even before it broke it was never very smooth closing. For that price kind of expected more.

Köpte en fleecetröja online från Didrikson efter att ha varit missnöjd med och skickat tillbaka en annan fleece från en annan e-handlare. Kände direkt när jag fick den nya att jag gjort helt rätt som inte nöjt mig med den tidigare. Otroligt fin! Dessutom snabb leverans med fri frakt.

Just received a Kenny anorak directly from Didriksons and although it is too spon to comment on the coat the service and level of communication from Alice was excellent. We se how the coar copes with the Scottish weather.

Very disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service.

The Didriksons MARCO PARKA 3 jacket (black, XL) was purchased by my husband and after only a few months of normal, everyday use it started falling apart. The zipper broke and the seams began to tear simply from regular wearing. For a jacket in this price range, this is completely unacceptable and clearly indicates poor material quality and durability.

The complaint was rejected and classified as “normal wear and tear,” which is shocking considering how short the usage period was. A winter jacket should last for years, not just one season.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this brand. Very disappointing.

Erika Parka arrived in very tightly packed black plastic bin liner material. No instructions on care. It cost £200. I wore it ONCE for under 2 hours and it only had light rain for around 20 minutes. The next day the coat was badly creased unevenly - so not throughout but at the back, the hood and half the sleeves. It looked raggy as if it was years old. Didrikson hasn't been helpful nor has Holland and Country Clothing where I bought it. They say it is a normal part of wear!! Rubbish. It has been likely sprayed unevenly with some water repellant and as it's made in China who knows what's happened but it's not normal. The zip is also temperamental and it took me three goes yesterday to close it - so another problem. Would never recommend Didrikson or Holland and Country Clothing to anyone. It's sharp business practise as the expensive coat is not fit for purpose.

Zum wiederholten und letzten Male hab ich diesen Hersteller gekauft. Jedes Mal Probleme mit den Reißverschluss. Erst schwer gängig,dann brechen Zacken raus aus den billig Plastik Reißverschluss. Man muss sich mal vorstellen,die Jacken kosten über 300€. Sowas ist wohl einzigartig in der Preisklasse. Danke,das war's.

Det ble hull i begge knærne omtrent samtidig på Didriksons Bjärven Vinterdress 2025 til vår eldste datter (6 år) etter kort tids bruk ca. 0,5-1 sesong. Dette etter normal bruk i skole.

Videre har vi opplevd at vår yngste datter (4 år) har fryst og vært tydelig kald i sin Didriksons-dress, til tross for ullundertøy og ekstra lag med ullklær. Barnehageansatte opplyste at innsiden av dressen var kald på ryggen da de tok hånden inn i dressen. Utetemperaturen var ca. –10 °C. Ved nærmere undersøkelse virker det som om dressen har svært lite, eller ingen, isolasjon i ryggpartiet.

Jeg må ærlig si at vi er svært skuffet over kvaliteten, spesielt sett i lys av at Didriksons markedsfører dette som et kvalitetsprodukt som skal vare i årevis.

Butikken og Didriksons vil ikke akspetere slitasjeskaden på garanti/reklamasjon selv om en dress skal ha lenger levetid enn dette.

Til dato den dårligste flyverdragt vi har haft til vores børn. Efter få dages brug begyndte der at komme revner i stoffet på knæene og efter en måned sprækkede hele knæet som eller skulle være forstærket. Det har vi aldrig været udsat for med tidligere flyverdragter fra andre mærker. Kan ikke anbefale dem.

Slow and unserious delivery! My order was set to 2-4 days delivery and now 4 days later I twice received email informing me my package was sent. However tracking shows the delivery company hasn’t even received the package! I like the products but the delivery is disrespectful!

I received the Erika parka,towards the end of November 2025. Within a short space of time,the zip mechanism was no longer working,which meant the coat became unzipped regularly. A press stud was also missing. I wouldn’t buy anything from them again,and am in the process of trying to get a refund.

The issue with their Falke and Andreas parkas was some constriction across the chest - I tried the ' Falke ' in XL , XXL and even XXXL ( men's ) but even with the XXXL large the shoulders were too tight , despite the rest of the coat being like a tent and having a huge hood . I love Scandinavian design and this in every other way is for me the perfect long-length waterproof mac . I have quite broad shoulders but nothing like 3XL - 2XL fit me very well - & depth of pockets , placement of pockets and design , but upon closer inspection found it is the width of the upper arm which is too narrow and constricts movement . I don't even have large muscles in my arms - the problem is with the diameter where the arm is stitched near the top .
' Seconds ' imports , I do not know , but would otherwise highly reccomend , if you have slim arms and average shoulders . The ' Falke ' is lightly quilted , so not good for a summer's day , but the Andreas is an otherwise beautifully designed everyday raincoat .
Have used an Apple forwarding email address for this review - which seems to raise red flags for Trustpilot .
These days , who would wish to give out their actual email address , let alone some form of personal ID for a product review company ?
Any database can be hacked at some time . Trustpilot will be no exception . And you wouldn't wan't your photo ID to be exposed if Trustpilot were compromised ?
So in summary , Didrickson weren't shrinking their clothing , but had this weird fitting issue around the upper arms . My size in FjallRaven and Rohan is still a large . Didrickson's are beautifully designed and made , except for that one anomaly .

Köpte vinterjacka i början av året och började använda den idag till jul. Skön modell men dragkedjan funkar inte. Denna jacka är min tredje parkas med en tredje värdelösa dragkedja i en jacka som kostat flera tusen varje gång. Det blir ytterligare kostnader när jag måste lämna in den till en skräddare för byte av dragkedja som man gärna vill använda under vintern. Besviken att snygga kläder faller i ett sådant basalt fel. Är definitivt min sista Didrikson.

I recently contacted Didriksons customer service because the zipper on my Marta-Lisa parka broke. I was amazed by the level of service I received!
Alice from their support team responded quickly and offered to send me a replacement zipper free of charge, even though I purchased the jacket from a retailer. She provided clear instructions and even included zipper stoppers in case adjustments were needed.
The entire process was incredibly smooth - from the first email to receiving the parts at my doorstep in Latvia. What impressed me most was their commitment to helping customers repair their products rather than just replacing them. This shows real dedication to sustainability and quality.
This is genuinely the best customer service experience I've had with any clothing brand. Didriksons has earned a loyal customer!

I've had my insulated winter jacket for about a year now and I have to say it's been excellent. No issues at all and it's lovely and warm, even in rough Scottish weather. I'm a bit surprised to see the reviews here actually, although many refer to customer services which I never had to use.

I particularly like the reflective patches on their jackets, the diagonal cut cuffs spill water nicely. The pockets are all water proof. My jacket has a proper waterproof outside zipped pocket. The hood has a band in it to make it into a "cap" inside the hood. It's just an excellent jacket thus far.

My only gripe would be the elastic in the headband could be slightly stronger. That's all I've got...

Gute Jacke (Modell Helle), bin mit der Qualität bisher sehr zufrieden. Leider haben bei der letzten Bestellung beide Jacken nicht gepasst. Das kann vorkommen. Aber: als Retourenlabel liegt nur UPS bei, obwohl man angeblich auch über DHL retournieren kann. Für UPS muss man an meinem Wohnort eine Abholung organisieren. Oder beim Kundendienst in Schwedern auf englisch anrufen. Oder Mailen, Bearbeitungsdauer 2-5 Tage.

Leider wird ein Reißverschluss von sehr schlechter Qualität verarbeitet. Dies war meine letzte Bestellung. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Marek Jacket - Wow! Wots not to like. fantastic attention to detail. Built to do a job. great pockets. excellent Zip...Warmth, waterproof. does what it says on the tin!
