The communication was great and the delivery was super quick. I am delighted with the products and the trowel being thrown in as well was a lovely touch. The plants are amazing and are thriving in my planters. Highly highly recommended.

Dig make selecting plants easy. The website is great and simple to use. Was able to select my plants in minutes, as opposed to the hours that can be spent trawling through other gardening websites. All the plants arrived in great condition and the 'packaging'
of the product is great. The company communicated well throughout and everything arrived on time.

So pleased I stumbled across Dig Club. I didn’t know where to start choosing the right plants for my new raised beds so this was perfect solution. The plants were delivered quicker than I expected and by the dig expert who chose them for me which was really reassuring & I got some on the spot tips. The plant by number system makes it really easy. Now I just need the sun to shine to see plants fully come to life!

Such a joy to work with Henry and Dig Club, such a brilliant concept I did wonder if the outcome would be as good as what I saw online. But we are thrilled with what we now have, a very stylish, very considered and very efficient new garden for summer and beyond. Could not recommend more to anyone who needs a little help executing their garden of dreams!

These guys came highly recommended and I can see why. Knowledgeable, creative and fair. They have completely sorted out our small London garden and set it up with some beautiful perennial plants which will be there for years to come. Can also highly recommend!

This company totally got my order spot on. I gave the measurements of my bed and they did the rest. I have a very busy work/family life so this was the perfect solution for me.

I’d been looking for a while to brighten up my new planters and was struggling on where to start. Being 9 months pregnant meant I really needed something easy to follow and I came across dig club - it was like all my prayers had been answered! All I needed to give was a few little bits of information and that was it, my planters would be done! Not only was ordering the plants easy (I went for the Med) but being able to organise for Henry to plant them for me was customer service I never expected. All questions were answered quickly, the quality of the plants provided were 10/10 and instantly brightened up my empty planters and he was just so friendly. I get a little dubious sometimes when it comes to things I’ve found through social media but I was so reassured before and during the process. I can’t thank dig club enough for helping me have a colourful space to sit outside and admire once my little baby arrives!

This was a present from my daughter and was an easy process to select which type of garden we preferred. Had the plants delivered on request with a planting plan which was very good. Unfortunately we already possessed a couple of the plants that were delivered. Would have been good to receive details of plants prior to delivery as could have chosen different plants. However overall experience of communication and delivery was very good

Dig have honestly transformed my feeling towards, and experience of, gardening. I always wanted to be green-fingered but didn’t have a clue where to start… From beginning to end of the Dig process, I felt involved, heard and never patronised (given how much of a novice I was/am vs how expert they are!). The Dig team helped me design my London garden using a Mediterranean theme, tweaking plant choices to suit my preferences after an initial visit. I was able to plant the garden (while heavily pregnant!) with help from an intuitive planting guide, a Dig member of staff & my husband. The plants grew and flowered, and have not died 2.5 years later!
I now know how to take care of my garden in all seasons, and I feel really proud about the journey Dig has helped me go on.
I get comments on how beautiful my garden is all the time and this is entirely down to what Dig helped me to achieve.
I cannot fault the Dig service at all — 100%value for money and definitely worth the investment.

Henry has a wonderful work ethic and the idea you can bring complex planting ideas to life and plants delivered to your door is really special.
I for one will be expanding my garden ideas with Dig, they have a unique model and I look forward to them bringing our gardens to life!!!

We recently had our SW London garden totally transformed by Dig. We chose The Classic theme and it looks stunning. They were knowledgeable and professional from the start. It was very easy to arrange and there were no hidden costs. The whole process, from start to finish, was completed in 2 weeks, which was great for our timeline. I would thoroughly recommend.

Dig are great! As a novice gardener I have beautiful looking instant beds, with none of the faff of looking at plants for hours, understanding the height they grow to, understanding what can grow next to each other etc. And for all of the convenience it's also a great deal - compared with many plant retailers online or at the garden centre you get well established plants for a snip of the price! I highly recommend Dig - the only thing to note is they don't have a phone line but are great communicating over email, so just to help set expectations! You're in safe, caring hands with Dig.
