I could copy and paste every bad review and would be the exact experience I have had, absolutely shocking company.

All these businesses that have complained should unite and set in motion a legal claim to recover costs and damages.

And no response from them to the complaints on Trust pilot.

Good customer service at the start — but that’s where it ends. Digi Lux Media rely on hidden auto-renewal traps and give zero reminder before locking you into another long contract. When you question it, the helpful tone disappears fast and you’re met with slow replies and aggressive demands.

The whole model feels built on catching businesses out rather than providing any real advertising value. Not a company I’d ever trust again.

Absolutely awful to deal with. Won't listen. Terrible to contact. Constant bombarding of marketing material.

They send incessant spam to the email address of my charity, that I never asked for and have never responded to.

Avoid at all costs. I bought into a package when they contacted me, they have just contacted me about a renewal, which I said I wasn't interested in, then they proceeded to tell me that I needed to give them 6 months' notice, none of this was made aware to me when I agreed to sign up, If anyone is having the same issue as i'am, my email is scotty @ scottys-motorcycle-training.co.uk, I am looking to take this further, as by law they have to give you enough time to terminate said contract, which would of been before the 15months mark

They send out unwanted spam with no working links to stop it. I've been trying to get rid of their rubbish for years

I have never expressed an interest in their service, yet this company has persistently sent me numerous emails (to my work email) - several times a week. I have responded multiple times asking them to remove my details from their database but they have ignored it. When you try and call them, the number on the emails do not exist (or has been set up not to accept incoming calls). There really needs to be better guidelines to stop companies like these stalking individuals, this wouldn't be allowed to happen in person so why and how can they be allowed to keep doing this?

Total scam, using our Golf Club name to falsify marketing opportunities

This company is a fraudulent company, working as W1G also. They do not advertise where they say they are going to. They lead you into a false sense of security by working with you to provide the design work which they have no intention of using! They will then continue to harass you with emails to renew with them. They will find any email address associated with a company and send a relentless amount of emails, including threatening emails.

Using my company name fraudulently to attract new business. Pretending to act on our behalf. We have no idea who this company is, have NEVER instructed them. A email from a James Thomson is circulating to friends of our who have their own independent business. Tomorrow morning will be contacting our solicitors to see what legal action can be taken and police informed if necessary. Disgraceful scum targeting a local family run business, utterly disgraceful

These scum bags have been spamming me under their other company name: golfmarketingagency.co.uk

This company - Digi Luxe Media aren't even a limited company.

Both companies can be traced back to an address in North London where, if you're plagued by spamming scum, will be a familiar address to you.

So when you do ask them they refuse to tell you how they got hold of their details. And in the meantime, the spam keeps coming.

Clearly not to be trusted.

I see they've given up on replying to bad reviews too. Time for yet another name change then.

Complete spam scam.
We run a small gardening business. Got the email below… they want £2,704 for 2 years. Madness.

- An official association with the club and your advert on the Golf Club App.
- Your ads on 2 large screen TVs, both located in high footfall areas of the golf club for maximum exposure to all the golfers, their guests and individuals attending functions.
- A social membership card giving you 20% discount on drinks in the clubhouse.
- 24 x 4 balls of complimentary golf.

Spam company selling advertising space. The entire thing is a scam, KEEP AWAY!!!!

Constant spam email despite asking them on several occasions to stop sending me mail, looks like I am not the only person having issues with this 'company.'

Like many on here I am getting spammed constantly by this company by several people and a James Thomson. It always starts with the following: We're excited to introduce you to our new mobile app.

I never signed up to this company, nor do I know who they are, or have I given them permission to bombard me with spam email to pay £25 a month.

Reported as sick of getting emails from them.

We signed up with Digi-Luxe Media Ltd (now GOLF MARKETING AGENCY LTD) in November 2022 for a 2 year advertising package at Faversham Golf Club that promised "Your ads on 2 large screen TVs, one in the entrance & one in the main bar and lounge area. Plus additional branding on our 5ft digital Pro Vison Board located in a prominent area of the club."
Fast forward to now (September 2024) and we receive an email stating that they will be in contact regarding renewal of our contract. We advise that we will not be looking to renew the contract at which point Digi-Luxe Media respond rather aggressively stating that we should have given 6 months notice to not renew and that we are legally bound to pay them for another 2 years.
On receiving this email, I check over our contract and there is no mention of such a renewal, but there is small print stating that the contract is bound by their attached terms and conditions, of which none were attached. There is however a link to a web-based version of their terms and conditions, which can be altered at any time. I have checked all correspondence with Digi-Luxe Media and sure enough they have never sent us a copy of the Terms and Conditions.
At this point, feeling a bit miffed at their attempt to force us into renewal, I call Faversham golf club to enquire as to how our advertising campaign is doing. The kind lady there advised that we are definitely on the list so our small banner on the bottom of one of their A boards does indeed show. But that is all. No "2 Large screen TV's", no "5ft digital Pro Vison Board"..
Suffice to say I have again advised Digi-Luxe Media that we will not be renewing this contract, and as they have not provided the service sold under that contract, we would like for it to be refunded.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, basically they are boiler room scammers. They have NO relationship with any golf clubs and are bullies and need to be stopped. I have lost over £3,000 on these scammers and they are chasing me for more. Does anyone want to form one large class action law suit against them to close them down, then contact me direct as there is clear court evidence judgement against them and I would personally chase down the Directors and hold them personally responsible, see how they like that.

As many others have said on here, Digi-Luxe Media are spammers. James Thomson spammed me this morning via a digi-luxemedia.co email address. It's the same golf club spam as other have received.

I am a 'sole trader' (thus treated as an individual under UK law) and this email was in clear breach of PECR as they DID NOT have my consent to contact me. I have reported their email to the ICO.

I have the .eml files of their spam and will happily share them with the Trustpilot integrity team if asked to do so. I have done in the past with several other spammer.

Absolute spammers.
It seems this is an actual company & the guy (James Thomson) sending out regular spam mails for years about exclusive golf opportunities actually exists!
What an absolute low life - what a way to make a living, to approach our world...
Avoid a company that allows behaviour like this - it belongs in the gutter.
