Cei mai mizerabili dintre mizerabili.
Ma amenințată cu judecătoria pentru o presupusă datorie, fara sa imi spună cu ce sunt eu dator la ei ( in ultimii 10 ani nu am folosit nici un produs de-al lor).

Am revenit, cu inima grea, la serviciile Digi, după o experiență extrem de neplăcută avută în trecut, pe mai multe abonamente, din cauza calității slabe a serviciilor. Am crezut că, între timp, lucrurile s-au schimbat și am decis să le mai acord o șansă. Din păcate, regret profund această decizie, din următoarele motive:

Instalarea s-a realizat cu o întârziere de 5 zile față de data garantată în sucursală;

La doar 3 săptămâni după semnarea contractului, am aflat că a început campania Black Friday, destinată exclusiv noilor clienți, nu și celor existenți. Cu alte cuvinte, eu — client activ și plătitor — nu beneficiez de nimic, în timp ce alții primesc aceleași servicii la jumătate de preț;

Când am sunat pentru lămuriri, am fost tratat cu o atitudine arogantă, de parcă nu aș fi în stare să înțeleg situația. O înțeleg foarte bine: DIGI nu oferă nimic clienților activi, ci doar urmărește să atragă alții noi prin campanii agresive. Serviciile și respectul față de client par a fi ultimele lor preocupări.

Sunt profund dezamăgit și voi rezilia contractul imediat ce voi avea ocazia. Regret sincer că am ales să revin la Digi.

O companie care ruleaza zeci de milioane de euro si care nu are personal pe weekend care pentru o conectare.
Business de rusine pentru timpul in care totul evolueaza iar Digi se comporta ca o companie fantoma.
Bolojan ar trebui sa verifice acest cuib Digi daca vrea sa recupereze bani.
Digi Romania, imi pare rau dar daca nu stiti ce face staful sau poate stiti, decizia mea este ca sunte -ti o rusine de companie pentru secondly asta!

Stealing your money, while they bankrupt another energy company, buying the energy less then the cost of producing it - while adding more than 800% margin on it!!!! It is the most outrageous way of stealing from everyone!!!!!! Please stop buying energy and any of their products.

it is hard to know where to start, but lets go from the beggining:
Ive had DIGI internet for over 8 years and digi mobile for a few months. In all these years, ive seen their services improving drastically, less and less outages, better and better speeds, cheaper prices, more benefits and stabler connections. Most of the reviews saying DIGI internet is bad most likely come from the past image of it, which to be fair, 5-6 years ago it may have been true, their speeds WERE quite bad,same for their connection stability, but i have had zero problems with them. As for the mobile plans? I currently play 11 RON (less than 3 dollars a month) for a DIGI Mobile plan, where i have 100 GB of high speed 4G/5G data, after i use all of the data my speeds are slowed down to 1 Mbps Down/512 Kbps up until the next payment, i have signal almost everywhere and i have really good quality for the respective speeds. My only problem with it is that its sometimes slow, connections are stable but somewhat slow (ive seen 10 Mbps speeds on LTE while standing still).

Katastrophe warte schon paar Tage drauf, das meine simkarte freigeschaltet wird. Unglaublich keiner kann sagen von digi wann dies ist .

am cerut ajutorul pentru transferul eSIM pe noul iphone, anul trecut avand dificultati. Domnisoara de la serviciul clienti, cu mult calm si profesionalitate, m-a ajutat. Era simplu, dar nu si dupa o anumita varsta. Multumesc.

Cea mai proasta firma de internet si cablu din România. Nu isi asuma nimic iar tu plătești.

Worst internet connection of all time, save for a FEW big cities. Not reliable at all, signal keeps fluctuating. Only reason i use it is for a subscription discount on my phone, this sucks overall. I don't recommend it to anyone, switch to Vodafone or Telekom instead.

Every single week there is a problem with them. The internet goes down and the phone doesn't even work, in 2025 it is not possibile!

Last week the internet goes down like 5 hours per day and nobody tells you anything, just that there is a problem in the area. Nobody cares to give us much needed info especially when working from home and need the internet...

I have waited 1 month for an installation and they comed and told me that 100 meters of cable is too much for them to connect. So they cancelled my subscription. The workers are lazy and they do not bother to work.

I made a contract with them for a internet installation and after 1,5 months and many phone calls they couldn't find why they were so late. The only answer I get is that we will forward this information to our coworkers. The conection is slow with them too because the information never comes through.

este pentru Digi Romania. Nu cred ca exista o asistenta comerciala mai proasta in Romania. Nici nu merita sa intru in detalii, pentru ca nu merita sa pierd timpul cu ei. Am pierdut prea mut timp in asteptare , ca sa raspunda la telefon , si sa nu-mi dea nici o solutie.

I ordered a SIM card in Portugal, it was not delivered to me and was stolen. I immediately called, went personally to make a second SIM card. I tried to block the stolen SIM card, but after 2 months after several calls, letters and actions, it was still not blocked and they are taking money from me for two SIM cards!! That is, someone is using the SIM card at my expense, and DIGI can not help me in any way!!!

They have the worst electricians they cut the wifi cable and now we havent had internet for more than 12 hours

. Acest review negativ este pentru firma DIGI România care nu fac altceva să taxeze lumea chiar dacă nu au conectiune la internet din mai multe cauze . Se schimbă periodic datele de PPPoE și dacă oameni sunt mai în vârstă nu știu cum să schimbe user și parola . De recomandat niciodată pentru ca nu este singura problemă. Dacă le spui ca ai viteza scăzută la internet ei îți dă viteza inițială de pe contract o săptămână și după schimbă la loc fără sa spună .

Lousy and not reliable ! Disconnects optic line out of blue and no support until someone’s shout to them. Another sample of a “romanian” stile business careless about customer satisfaction!!

I had to change my WiFi to tp link just to write a bad review about digi WiFi
