I had a bad experience with DigiCommerce. After taking the payment for Amazon handling services, the company stopped responding to my calls and messages. No proper service was provided. I am still waiting for a solution and refund. Customers should be careful before dealing with them.

I strongly advise people to be very careful before dealing with DigiCommerce. I paid ₹9,000 for their Amazon handling services, but after receiving the payment, their team stopped responding completely. There was no proper service, no updates, and no support despite repeated calls and messages.

It feels very unfair when a company takes payment and then ignores the customer. This kind of behavior raises serious concerns about their professionalism and reliability.

I have already requested a refund, but I am still waiting for a proper response. If this issue is not resolved soon, I will have no option but to file a complaint with the consumer authorities for deficiency of service.

I am sharing this experience so that other people do not face the same problem. Please make sure to verify everything before paying them.

I purchased their account management package with high expectations, but it turned out to be a very bad experience. The commitments they made (ads, optimization, account health, brand registry, etc.) were never delivered.

Except for basic listing (which I myself had to correct), nothing was done. On top of that, they started forcing me to buy another package just to get a small extension. This clearly shows they are more interested in selling packages rather than actually working for your profit.

Now I realize that instead of wasting money on such companies, it is better to learn and manage your account yourself. No one will work for your growth the way you can.

I am writing this review so that others don’t fall into the same trap. Be very careful before investing your hard-earned money here.

I had also mailed many time their audit team for a refund that I don't want to continue with these services. But their audit manager told me that please continue. I will continue this package whenever you wish.
Now they are saying your package expired. Plz renew with some infographic package for extend this for 20 days.

their service is poor, no business ethics and their way of talking is horrible, i think consumer forums should take an action against this company

This company is not for biggner seller .
Very very poor service providers. all team mamber are unprofessional and uneducated. this compney provied only fake comments. Don't trust digicommerce.

Thug is the word for digicommerce , they are most professional Thugs operating in digital marketing domain , I don't know how Amazon ,jiomart & Flipkart claim them to be their associates , never take any service from them ,they can not sell anything online , their team is horrible, they will do onboarding and them start giving reasons for not doing work

My experience suggests that their practices may not be as reliable or transparent as one would hope. It may be wise to explore other options to ensure that your business needs are met with integrity and professionalism.

This company is No.1 fraud company and they says No.1 company in the world. I paid 16k for Amazon flipkart and Jiomart. They did nothing . They said they will wok 1 hour daily and no response when I ask for update.Never ever join this company.

They Don't give any service properly...Don't trust this company, ek number fraud company hai, bhulse bhi advance payment mat karna, bhot logo ne galti ki hai.
If you think they are genuine then ask them to do demo service (They know nothing).
Maine Amazon service liya tha, they don't even know how to do simple listing.
Ask them to provide you demo service uske baad hi payment krna.(I guarantee they don't know anything)

I paid money to manage my amazon, flipkart, jiomart account from November to February with this company. But credit to this company for ruining all my accounts and preventing business from coming.
This company is a very fraudulent network
Consumers please be careful before dealing.

But after ruining all the work, if you call now, they are not answering.

It was just excellent to get the work done from Digicommerce team. Very efficient & in time work with great service.....TERRIFIC JOB !! Have also recommended to those who need the nice flawless listing and sale on portal. Nice staff and great working... Daily working update , Work report, Zoom meet and all new suggestion provided by team.
