I had a very special problem that needed solving in a very short period of time . The services of Junaid have been exceptional and nothing short big amazing . My enquiry was answered as soon as I posted it. He find all the necessary information and completed the work on the same day under huge time pressure . He went the extra mile to ensure my enquiry was completed to the highest standards . He is a great salesperson as well. I highly recommend his services and the company’s as well. My experience with Digikwic has been great. They have help me land 2 new clients within the 1st two campaigns. My Account Manager Talat Warsi has been awesome to work with. Warsi listened to my concerns before I came aboard and he explained how they would be different than other companies I have tried with social media marketing. I am a long way from my monthly sales goal, but I am very enthusiastic and hopefull that they will be reached sooner that later.

The final products were exceptional. Communication was challenging at first as I was new to them and needed 2 rush orders. Once that was worked out it was smooth sailing. They provided color and design decisions and listened to my suggestions. The copy center that I used to produce the posters remarked on the quality. I will be a return customer!

Giving me knowledge and strategies on the digital side of business that I knew nothing of previously if you’re looking to grow your business and scale in the best way possible this is the best way to go! Digikwic not only refused to refund me but now they have also ignored the BBB complaint.

I paid DigiKwic $720 on July 30, 2025 for three months of social media management services. No services were ever delivered - no posts were published, no strategy documents provided, nothing.

On September 24, I terminated the agreement and requested a full refund. What followed was a frustrating pattern of delays and false promises:

- Oct 8: "I will talk to finance"
- Oct 10: Claimed payment method didn't work (without evidence)
- Oct 11: Said they would provide a timeline (never did)
- Oct 14: Still "confirming with team"
- Oct 17: Changed story, claiming "refund would not align with our policy" despite previously promising refund was processing
- Oct 17: Suddenly claimed first month of services was "already completed" despite no deliverables

I've filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau with complete documentation of all communications.

I cannot recommend this company to anyone seeking professional digital marketing services. Their business practices have been unprofessional and potentially fraudulent.

I’m in the middle of a life changing event/crisis, but Dale asked a second time for a review, so here goes… Two things stick out in my mind: (1) It doesn’t appear that one can include more than one image per post. Being able to insert images throughout a single post would be a definite improvement. (2) Having the ability to post videos would be very nice. As they say, a picture is worth a thousand words, so being able to post a video would be even better when discussing a medium like horror films and TV. Also there’s the tradition of CatBat’s Halloween Playlist.

I don’t recall if was an issue during my brief time test drive of the blog, but being able to use text variants like italic and bold would be a plus. Also, will the page’s background/desktop art be changeable by Dale or some other administrator, or will it be fixed once the blog is up and running?

This experience was fine.

Warsi has been amazing to work with. He has brought our vision at Holiday Homes Realty to life. We look forward to working with him on more projects in the near future.

Also, when I complimented him on his great work, he modestly replied that it was also a designer’s credit as well. Warsi has been a pleasure to work with. He's knowledgeable, patient, accommodating, and responsive. I told him I wasn't in a total hurry to get up and running, but he and his team still worked consistently to meet our needs and has always kept us in the loop!

Warsi was most helpful in listening to our requirements and organizing and turning them into a realized Wordpress site. Adjustments and fine tuning of the website were handled quickly and professionally. The final site was delivered as an importable export file, simplifying owner installation. We highly recommend Digikwic and Warsi.

Junaid was attentive to my requests and even when I asked for minor revisions he was willing to do them and he did a fantastic job restoring early 20th pictures. I received excellent customer service. I am exceedingly happy with the service I received.
