Very happy with the service and customer appreciation shown by this local family business, having purchased the rechargeable Triton T3-R scales was kept well informed by Mollie of delivery details.
Scales and weights arrived the next day very well packaged including a hand written "Thank You" message on the invoice from Sue, it may not sound like much but for a small company adding that personal touch goes a long way to show that they acknowledge and value your custom.

Having trawled Amazon and Ebay for digital mini scales I found lots of identical looking products at vastly differing prices and very mixed reviews. I decided to go with this British company as they had a better curated selection and were offering a 3 year guarantee. Very polite and pleasant to deal with.
