I purchased Microsoft 365 Office in Jan 2023. In July my hard drive crashed. I had to get it replaced and then could not download using previous key. I contacted company who simply sent me a link to Microsoft office (with no instructions) and even though I used the login/password I used previously (wrote it down so I would not forget), still could not download. Called and was basically told too bad that I must have used another email address etc which I did not. I understand people do that but that is why I wrote it down. They offered no help.

I had a lot of problems and the guys worked really hard to find a solution. I have had problems before and the customer service is brilliant. Thanks for all the help

I got Genuine license from Digital Zone that worked in US, Very good at communication; series of email were received after I paid for the product. Timely response!

Ordered 2011 office - guaranteed availability didn't materialise but someone helped me resolve by updating my laptop to recieve 2016 office instead for £3 less! So winner really... £3 refund. Although I should've probably planned better it was needed immediately for my work and a presentation - maybe 2011 office shouldn't be advertised if key unavailable to access. Strange at £3 more than a later office too. All in all though the person that helped me was brilliant and very accommodating.

I purchased MS Office 2021 desktop digital download. After weeks of searching for exactly what I wanted at the best price I found it here! The process was easy to understand and my download went very smoothly. Emails from Microsoft confirmed that this was a legit purchase from them via Digital Zone. I'm extremely happy with this site and would highly recommend!!

Ordered office for Mac and I inputted the wrong email for the download link, with a quick message they sorted it and resent the link to my correct addressitop customer service.

Really competitive pricing for 2021 office for MAC, product key came through within 10mins and works as expected. Can't fault.

The open chat is possibly one of the most responsive I have ever come across, even when I bought a product that was incompatible with my Mac they still resolved it there and then.

I made an error, ordering Microsoft Office 2021 for Apple, from Digital Zone. When I did the download I found my computer wasn't compatible.Too old.
Contacted Digital Zone who sent me a 2016 download at no extra cost. Perfect.

Download links arrived almost immediately. I had a bit of difficulty to begin with when installing the software, but the support was excellent, very quick, and had me up and running inside half an hour of being notified. I was very impressed.

Fraudulent business model.

This company sells software that you can never register with Microsoft, because the software isn't actually legitimate, but they're careful to not make that clear upon purchase. There are quite a few other companies that sell Microsoft products, but it IS legitimate, and you CAN register it. The second you give these guys your money, there are no "refunds", and they send you a sketchy link to some 3rd world country.

I have purchased software 3 times now with digital zone including windows 11 pro. The process is fast, reliable and easy, also a lot cheaper than the main provider. On my last purchase I had some installation issues which the support team work tirelessly to fix, with their help this was resolved quickly. In my opinion over and beyond support. Highly recommended.

Ordered Office 2021 for my new laptop. E-mail & key followed shortly after. I removed office 365 before download but apps didn't generate properly. I messaged using the chat, they sent a link straight away, all works fine and at a great price. Thanks guys :-)
