I recently updated my iMac to the a new Mac Mini, following the migration I had some issues with the Office for Mac license which I'd purchased for the iMac from Digital-Zones.
I emailed the Support Team and received a response within 30 mins. The response contained straightforward step-by-step instructions for me to follow and BINGO....Office for Mac was up and running in no time on my new device.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but felt that the excellent and prompt service warranted it.
I needed a new licence for Windows PC, and purchased as was cheapest around. Cut a long story short, I should have checked the version was compatible with my hardware, and only when I had started the installation did I realise I had bought the wrong version. I got in contact with Digital-Zones and they resent the correct version to me, super promptly, and all of this high quality customer service on a Sunday afternoon!! Well chuffed and PC back up and working!! Many thank Digital-Zones!

Checkout was smooth and trouble free and my questions were answered very promptly. The order was delivered in a timely manner. Great service.

I ordered MS Office 2021 and after 24 hrs have not received any product key. I've emailed them 5 times and called their customer service number 855-203-5863 numerous times and left 4 VM's and several emails as well. NO RESPONSE. I believe this company is a SHAM. I don't know how people are giving them a 5 star review.

Prompt response to order Slight error in the product key, quickly remedied by Digital and worked perfectly.

Great price and excellent . Digital Zones sent a link with product key for MS Office within a few minutes. It’s installed via download from Microsoft website. Encountered a technical problem due to a pre-existing issue (not from the new MS package) which the Digital Zones advisor helped me to solve. Very pleased and would recommend.

I had issues with activating the software, but after communicating with the help chat on their website, managed to fix all my issues. They asked about the issues and sent me a new activation key.

For the low cost and quick help, I would recommend!

I recently purchased an older (late 2013) imac to use for video editing.
The machine had been completly formatted before i purchased it so it had no office suite installed.
I had recently used Digital-Zone to install office 2019 on to another macbook and was very impressed with the whole process, so natrually i opted to use them again for the install on the imac.

I downloaded the one time purchase of office 2019 to my imac but only to find that it wasnt compatible with my machine.

This was on a sunday evening so i contacted Digital-Zone to see what could be done.
I was plesently suprised that i recived an almost instant reply (even though it was late on Sunday evening).

Without any issues they suggested i used office 2016 and sent a replacment link to download and install this package at no additional charge.

This is now working perfectly and i am extreemly impressed with how efficent the service from Digital - Zone was.

Would i use them again.... 100% yes, and i would highly recommend them.

I ordered microsoft office 2021 for my MAC, The price was reasonable and the product key was emailed promptly, I tried to download the software but was not able to as it stated that I needed version 12 update or later. Big sur is version 11 and the last update I can do for my MAC, I requested a compatible download but did not hear back, I have also requested a refund as I really only needed it to put together a powerpoint presentation for a job interview which I have had to do using someone else's computer. The lack of response from a customer service point of view is appalling. Buy software elsewhere, particularly with sites that state what their software is compatible with

My order was processed and delivered in a timely fashion. I had an issue where the wrong key was sent but that was quickly rectified. I am very happy with the product and look forward to being able to use it extensively.

So far my experience has not been all that great. I placed my order, received email with order confirmation number then received a second email stating that I can download my software from the link provided and that 1 license key(s) will be sent to me soon. (it has been 5 days now) I click on the link to download and it takes me to a Microsoft Setup site, I log in and at step 2 it wants a product key. I CAN'T DOWNLOAD THE SOFTWARE BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE A PRODUCT KEY. WHEN WILL I GET MY PRODUCT KEY???????
Update:
I tried contacting them using the Phone number listed on the website and it is disconnected and is no longer in service. I have still yet to received a product key. I have reported them to the bank to dispute charges.

Purchased digital download and received code within minutes.

I have had an issue with one of my downloads 6 months later and nothing was a problem to resolve. I contacted support and received a prompt reply and everything was sorted.
