Digital Aptech Pvt. Ltd. レビュー

Digital Aptech rebuilt our ecommerce platform on Magento 2 with Hyvä across our four storefronts, and we couldn't be happier. Their attention to detail and technical quality really stood out, the project was well managed and delivered on time, and they were quick to respond whenever we needed anything. Highly recommended.

Excellent software development team with a smooth development process, top-class support, and a strong commitment to quality and timely delivery. Highly professional and reliable. Highly recommended!

Exceptional project management and super responsive communication! Digital Aptech keeps us updated at every phase and addresses requests instantly. Truly a dependable team

Thank you Abhishek and team Digital Aptech for helping us close the requirements fast. Hope to work in more projects in near future

Very disappointing experience with Digital Aptech.

A project initially planned for 3 months ended up taking more than a year, and even today, several parts are still incomplete.

Throughout the project, communication was inconsistent and difficult. I also experienced multiple issues with hosting and post-launch support, including service interruptions that directly impacted my business.

At certain points, I had to step in and handle parts of the work myself just to keep the project moving, which is unacceptable for a paid service.

Following my public feedback, I also experienced additional service interruptions and messages indicating that hosting and code access could be stopped, which further raised concerns about reliability and professionalism.

Overall, this situation resulted in a significant loss of time and money and no fair commercial resolution has been offered despite these issues.

I do not recommend this company.

The Digital Aptech team was friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. They consistently addressed my questions and concerns, making them a reliable and valuable business partner.

Highly professional and timely service provided within budget. Clear expectations setting upfront with milestone based reviews and delivery.

We reached out to DAPL for various technical resources over the span of two years and each of them met our expectations

We worked with Digital Aptech on some major projects one of which involved a website for a company who starred in a tv show for the discovery channel.
DA worked tirelessly to ensure the project was delivered on time, to budget and to the clients specific requirements
I would highly recommend

We had assigned our Web Portal development to DAPL. This was based on my past experience of working with them few years ago.
Had no hesitation in going back to DAPL for this assignment.
The delivery team leaders are very responsive and professional in their approach.
The technical team is knowledgeable and handled our requests promptly.
Support requests were resolved efficiently.
The executive team have been extremely supportive, whenever and wherever we needed them.

Based on our recent experience, we have given them a fresh assignment.

Great team, very flexible and adaptable based on my ever changing needs. I have worked with Digital Aptech for years now, and the team members that work with me are basically like part of my core team now. Big shout out to Arvind and Ayan especially.

Jitesh is also a pleasure to deal with, and is always around to help or advise if I have any questions or need additional resources.

We utilised the full service offering from DA, from project management through to delivery, including Mobile Development iOS&Android, PHP, MySQL and Design aspects.
Project Management and communication first class, regular weekly meetings, utilising the latest communication techniques and project management boards. Service delivery onetime and in budget.
Excellent first class, would recommend.

I have used the team at Digital Aptech many times over the past 10 years and always find them to be knowledgable and responsive to tasks and requirements. They are very good at sizing and providing teeams and resources to support projects of any size.

The development process was smooth and efficient. They were able to meet all deadlines, and any changes or tweaks I requested were handled promptly and professionally.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the work done by Digital Aptech. Their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is evident, and I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a top-notch website.

Working with Digital Aptech for almost a year now. I enjoy working with the team. They are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that work gets done and timeously. They are open to suggestions and have been able to adapt to our ways of working that are tailored specifically to our client's needs. They are collaborative, respectful and, helpful and I believe we have a good working relationship.

As a remote support team, we have forged strong processes that help us work seamlessy without any issues. Their team is dedicated and experienced to deliver to our expectations.

We plan and continue to do more work with them in the future. :)

I work often with Digital Aptech.
They are always punctual and precise both in deliveries and in what they create for the customer. I highly recommend everyone to take advantage of their services and their competent human resources

The complete work experience was smooth and easy. They made our journey for product building east and perfect. We had a good experience

Their team and response time was always 100% and even working extra odd hours to ensure deadlines are met. What a team to have a dedicated model with them, feels like you work in the same office yet we are 1000s miles away from each other.
