Nathan is dependable!

A few years ago, I had the opportunity to work with Nathan on branding and web development for my consulting business. He and his team created a clean, professional logo and a foundational website — and I especially loved the custom icon they designed as part of the logo.

Worst Service Ever

Unfortunately, going with this company to build our website ended up costing us more than we expected.
We made the worst business decision ever by going for this company to build our website. The first Red flag was when we they assured us our website was being built on WordPress only to find out that they had it custom built on Laravel. They started building the website in Feb 2024 and up till now it still isn't completed. Also, it's unclear where they're based as they pose that they're situated in the UK but overtime we realised they weren't. Communication was very poor, they were not flexible and at every opportunity they imposed there own ideas on us rather than taking on ours. For anyone looking for a web developer, DON'T CONSIDER THIS COMPANY.

We’re truly sorry to hear about your disappointment, and it’s unfortunate that the project turned out this way. From our side, we delivered the website based on the functionalities we initially discussed, including online ordering and buffet booking features, as agreed.

As this was a custom restaurant website developed for £2,000 (which was not paid in full), we also went the extra mile to accommodate additional requests at no extra charge—such as limiting online session time during buffet service and restricting food ordering to 4 meals within 30 minutes. These were not part of the original scope but were completed to support your business needs.

However, further new requirements continued to be added, and since the original payment remained incomplete, we had to hand over the work completed and close the project from our side.

We genuinely regret that this project didn’t meet your expectations, as our aim is always to provide value and long-term support to our clients. We wish Chillz Restaurant all the best moving forward.

As we mentioned in our earlier response, we delivered the website based on the functionalities agreed at the start, including online ordering and buffet booking. Although the project cost was £2,000 and not paid in full, we still went above and beyond by adding additional features—such as session time limits for buffet service and meal ordering restrictions—without any extra charges.

We’re truly sorry the project did not meet your expectations, but we did hand over everything completed from our side and closed the project only after repeated changes and unpaid dues. Our goal is always to provide value and professionalism, and we regret that this situation turned out differently.

SCAMMERS, RUN!!!!!

This company is a scam, beware!!!
They collect an upfront payment and disappear without completing your project and avoid your calls or if you call with a different number they pick and promise to call you back but never do. Once you use that number to contact them again, they never pick.

I am definitely pursuing a full refund with compensation for the distress you have caused me.

Update - 13/06/2024
After I honestly reviewed my experience so far with this company, on 4 June, 2024, I got threatening messages from them to delete the review. They even said they won’t work on my project until I delete the review. When they saw their threat wasn’t working, they then sent me a message that they are ready to resolve it amicably on one condition that I delete the review. My response was that if anything changes about their treatment then I will leave an update but not delete the review.

True to their words, they have completely abandoned my project and stopped responding to calls or messages from me.
And as at today, we are nearly 3 weeks past completion date.

Don’t be scammed like I have been scammed. I have evidence of everything and will be presenting it where necessary till I get a full refund with compensation. The mental distress their actions have caused me is beyond words.

Web Design

When I made the decision to have a Web Design, I had no idea, I would find someone to have this vision come to life with very little explanation. It was like you could read my mind. This project is very close to my heart because it involves my community and my deceased mother's dream which was to educate my community.

The Logo is by far, one of my favorite features out of the design. The design coupled with the Logo speak to the vision- which is uplifting my community.
