This company demonstrated poor business practices.
This company demonstrated a consistent inability to deliver accurate estimating services or meet stated bid deadlines. Despite repeated follow-ups, work was incomplete, inaccurate, and ultimately abandoned.
Once concerns were raised regarding performance, communication deteriorated and then ceased entirely. Funds were accepted for multiple jobs that were never completed, with no accountability, resolution, or reimbursement provided.
In over a decade of working with estimating services, this is the only firm we have encountered with this level of unprofessionalism, missed commitments, and failure to perform. The services marketed do not align with the services delivered.
Based on our experience, this company lacks the reliability, transparency, and execution required for professional construction estimating and should be avoided.

We take feedback seriously, but this review does not reflect the facts of our engagement.
Multiple projects were delivered, and delivery timelines were shared and acknowledged in writing. We have documented records of repeated attempts to confirm bid dates, clarify scope, and schedule calls to address concerns. Unfortunately, the client did not provide specific, actionable feedback when requested and declined coordination calls. Bid dates were also changed after schedules had already been confirmed.
The claim that work was “abandoned,” that “no projects were completed,” or that communication “ceased entirely” is incorrect and can be disproven through our email records and delivery history.
Our service provides quantity takeoffs and estimates based on the drawings and specifications issued at bid time. Final bid review, scope confirmation, and coordination remain the contractor’s responsibility, which is standard industry practice.
We remain open to resolving issues professionally when clear scope and timelines are confirmed in writing. We stand by our work, our process, and our long track record with hundreds of repeat clients.
