Very poor recruitment experience â no feedback or communication
I applied for a role with Digital Futures over a month ago, completed a video interview, and attended the assessment center. Since then, I have heard nothing - no feedback, no update, no communication at all.
For a company that claims to provide a "smooth and transparent hiring process," this was far from it. After investing time and effort, the lack of response feels unprofessional and dismissive.
Candidates deserve at least a basic level of courtesy - if you're not progressing someone, just let them know.
