This service is horrible. Customer service non-existent paid for 3 devices and can only use 1 trying to get my money back but can't talk to anyone and they dont answer e-mails total bullshit

Works about 25% of the time. Been fighting with it for about a year. Missing shows, live tv dropping constantly

Good when it's working, but seem to have to chase problems every month. They constantly change host url without notification. Sometimes service comes back on its own. Latest only worked 6 days, now nothing. Customer service suggestions don't work.

It's verry bad Service I purchased a year subscription and in the 2 day of service is buff a lat and until now 1/18/26 still buffing and freezing every minute PLEASE DON'T BUY THIS SERVICE ITS NOT WORTH IT THEY DON'T ANSWER YOUR EMAIL AND THEY DON'T PICK UP THE PHONE WHEN YOU CALL...NO GOOD AT ALL.....

Service went down 3 days ago. I realize it's Christmas, but I've been trying to reach support since Monday and no response. I will not renew. STAY CLEAR!!! Really sh*t service.

Poor service and support.

Despite two sites reviewing this site positively, avoid. Your payments vanish, and you have zero recourse because the site only allows credit card for crypto purchases.
Support page is suspect. Uploading file feature doesn't allow .pdf. Got support page to send, but it is unknown if anything happens.

Digital lizard stole £4,99 from my bank account without asking me. Or notifying me that is theft. I had a trial about a month ago but i never renewed any subscription because there service was shit so i went elsewhere anyway its been reported to the fraud team now. Im angry that you took the liability of using my bank card details. However the card you took money from was a proxy card and was easily deleted. You could have emailed me to ask if i want to renew but just stealing my money is a matter for the fraud teamand i hope they close you down you thieving scum!

Used to be good but now buffers all the time. Avoid.

over the last 3 days none of the tv shows are available, only movies.
tried to contact them over ticket - got message my submission limit is over, although it was the first attempt.
2 weeks ago, contacted them for issues with specific tv shows - was asking repeating question for 15 emails instead of fixing the issue.

It does not work when you need it. It works in the morning when no one is watching tv, but good luck if you want to watch a game of the world series. The servers gets overloaded and you can’t download the channel.

I have tried the 1 month, and the order is not activated! Hopefully I have found a better provider called PASATV and its seems better and cheaper! Thank me later guys and keep away from DL!

I knew I should not deal with them but Troypoint gave them the thumbs up. I mistake double purchase on Moonpay and I sent Digital lizard everything and they acknowledged that I had paid for the service twice told me to send them my crypto wallet address so they can return it, and I have not heard from them nor will they respond to me, and of course I have not recieved my coins or money. I would not recommend them to my enemy, and the services is full of empty channels, the worst EPG I have ever seen, and buffering. Terrible

The worst customer service I have ever had anything to do with. After a month, yes a month of trying to resolve their pathetic payment system, their agent tells me "other customers are making payments so the problem must lie on your side" If that isn't arrogant then I don't know. Why would the ONLY payment system be to buy bitcoin? Seems dodgy. Look for another IPTV service. Digital lizard will screw you around every single time you have to renew

I like this company, but please be patient it took several days to get started with them ,I thought at first I was being taken for my money I was wrong they are very secure on there process

DIGITALIZARD is a SCAM. Do not fall for it! They will not provide access to their service, and do NOT expect a refund.

Update 15th May: support now not answering any support tickets

Following on from my review, Jeff did not live up to his promise and was sacked or left the company

Have been in touch with new support agent and they are now failing to respond to any ticket that I log.
