Fabulous

Fabulous! You get your Windows product at a really good price at Digital License. When support was needed, John was spot on. Quick and excellent service. John helped me to upgrade windows and to get last Win 10 pro. He even came back to me to finalize after duty hours.

Super god kundeservice

Problem solver

John helped me to install window 10 pro on my self build computer. In a creative way using chat, Teamviewer and Zoom, he did spend a lot of time to solve problems that were coming up.

Support - above and beyond

My downloaded copy of MS Office wouldn’t install and kept generating an error message. I used the chat facility and John was extremely helpful.

He tried all sorts of options to try to work around the issue but in the end it was my WindowsOS that was corrupted and so I had to re-install Windows10 to finally get Office to install and work.

My issue had nothing to do with the product I’d bought, so I was very impressed how far John was willing to go to try to sort it out for me.
