We’ve reviewed your account and want to clarify a few things.
There were no successful charges beyond the $1 trial. When the trial period ended, the attempted subscription payment did not go through, and the account has since been fully cancelled. No further billing will occur.
If there was any confusion between unsubscribing from promotional emails and cancelling the trial subscription, we understand how that could be frustrating. Those are handled separately, and we’re always happy to assist with cancellations directly.

AI Does the Work, DM Makes It Shine
I’ve been with DigitalMarketer since its inception, and they’ve always delivered great training and tools.
But these new AI-Accelerators are on a whole different level! This has completely changed the way I approach marketing.
Instead of spending days (sometimes weeks!) building out marketing assets, I’m getting them done in just a few hours.
The best part?
I only have to put in about 10% of the work up front. The AI takes care of the next 80%, and then the DM mentors step in for the last 10%—giving me feedback and fine-tuning before I hit publish.
I now have a whole team of experts backing me up!
Their custom GPTs are trained on years of DM content, so it’s like I’m pulling from their entire library every time I use them. And with the Lab membership, you can see that the mentors in Lab truly care about members' success.

Extremely useful and applicable
I have been attending courses and using resources from Digital Marketer for many years. I have always found them to be of very high quality and highly applicable to my business.
I just attended a five day challenge and found it to be a fantastic way of getting more work done than I would have otherwise in a month!
The presentations could have been better prepared, and I found myself grateful that my timezone did not allow me to watch them live, so I could watch them at higher speed, and pause and replay where it mattered. Overall still really well done and worth every moment and dollar spent!

The Marketing Momentum Challenge was fantastic! It was great to have a week dedicated to working on these specific aspects of my business, and it was perfect to end the week with an action plan to keep the momentum going.
The walkthroughs of the different sheets with examples helped me go deeper in my own work. The breakdown of how to use the Lab tools together to create a strategic and cohesive system was also helpful, especially as I’m pivoting and rolling out a new offer ecosystem. And the AI trick to work in one thread, so brilliant!

This challenge blew me away…
This 5 day challenge blew me away in how much it has improved my messaging AND how much quicker it made producing the marketing materials!
The most helpful thing was the clear structure and explanations of how to move through the course. It was basically a seamless flow from watching the videos to moving through the instructions and then actually working through the tools, refining things as I went along. I finished the challenge feeling like I had accomplished so much.
A little constructive criticism would be to test the tech setup a bit more for the live sessions to be sure playing videos within the session would work as expected. A minor point, we've all had to deal with those sorts of tech glitches before.

I've been blown away by the level of interactive learning that comes in DigitalMarketer. I went through my first 5 day challenge and literally got a massive project done following the detailed, done-with-me guidance. It felt amazing to also sit "in class" for my business. Do a live challenge in Lab!!
I just finished a live challenge for a week, and I found it extremely helpful. There’s a real sense of accomplishment that comes from finally understanding what to do, how to do it, and what to do next. That really speaks to me.
I appreciated having demos, activities and assignments all lined up in a logical progression each day that I just had to walk through. It’s so hard to know where to start and what to do next, and this challenge cut through all that with a clear plan. I did all the assignments, and now I have some great resources ready to go. The Digital Marketer tools are powerful and easy to use once they show you how. Incredible value!

When I think about how much I was able to accomplish over the course of 5 days, it’s truly mind boggling. AI poured gasoline of what I could do. Saved a ton of headaches and frustrations and there’s a clear plan moving forward.
