I’m very grateful to the DMI team for their support while I completed my Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing. I was going through a difficult period at the time with financial pressures and a major life transition, including moving to a new country and starting a new job, which made finishing the course challenging.

The team were patient, understanding, and supportive throughout, which really helped me stay on track and ultimately complete the diploma.

The learning itself has been extremely valuable and has helped shape a new direction in my career. It introduced me to the strategic side of digital marketing, particularly digital systems, analytics, and AI-driven marketing architecture, which I’m now excited to explore further.
Thank you again to the whole DMI team for the support and encouragement.

I’ve completed other Digital Marketing courses in the past, but none have been as comprehensive or as well structured as the content offered by DMI. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional support from the team. Someone was always on the other side providing guidance whenever I had a query, something that’s especially important when you’re learning digitally from across the globe in a completely different time zone. Their commitment to student success made all the difference.

Not sure where the praise is from for the Digital Marketing Institute's customer service, but it's not well-deserved at all. It may just be my experience, but based off of the numerous times I've followed up over the last few weeks to get in touch with someone about the course I had enrolled in, their customer service has been non-existent. I have yet to hear back from anyone at all as of this review, but if you're looking for a company that actually replies quickly, is competent and is willing to help with issues and just want to feel overall supported, I would recommend that you look at other similar digital marketing companies and courses and take your business there instead. I've had multiple people ask me about participating or taking courses and modules at DMI, and I've told them all to go somewhere else.

The support you get from the DMI team in your learning journey.The content and pedagogy is simply above its mark and content language understanble for any person who is new to the digital marketing.
