Everything was as advertised and more than I expected. Great tools and product.

One of the worse, when I came across them I figured they would be legit for my vender to use for my side business. Consistently running into problems of getting shipping labels super late, your "fast shipping" of like $10 of 1-5 days is ALWAYS 5 days, & their customer service is a joke. Multiple times have they sent me screens with no adhesives and I have to constantly get on them about it. This company overall is a joke, almost took them 3 weeks to get my refund when I sent a huge order back to them to where they didn't even "receive it" until I had proof that they received it. You don't even know what brand of a screen you're getting when ordering from them. If I could give them lower than a 1 star I would.

As I'm writing this, I ordered a Galaxy S10 screen, it didn't come with an adhesive, I wrote them about this a week ago I just received a letter from them thinking it was the adhesive & it's a random pick and some weird adhesive that's not even designed for the galaxy S10. I'd avoid them

Some Items marketed as ready to ship are out of stock resulting in weeks delay of shipment. Communications are sub par. Company does not respond to order issues.

Product came quick and in excellent condition. This is my second time time ordering from the company and so far I'm satisfied and will recommend them .

Website is easy to navigate and simple to use. My order was delivered a day early. Fair prices for surprisingly high, quality products (I was skeptical due to the low prices, but upon receiving my order, I was extremely satisfied with the level of quality.) The iPhone screen assembly (OEM Refurb w/ small parts) quality was much higher than expected. Even the little tool kit’s quality was so much greater than originally expected. Digital Supply will absolutely be my go-to site again for tech repair, no hesitation.

Only complaint was that a couple of the screwdrivers weren't magnetic which made it complicated screw the pieces back in. Otherwise it was amazing.

I have purchased items multiple times in the past and will continue to do so , I have never had any issues and items were as described and shipped quickly.

Product arrived well packaged, perfectly as described, and quickly. The only negative is all the links to view repair instructions were broken, which would've been helpful to this amateur, especially using the adhesive. I winged it, and somehow was successful.
