The product got here really quick and was affordable. The only thing I ask is that you PLEASE STOP SENDING ME EMAILS! I think I got 16 or 17 before the item arrived and you are still emailing me about a $20 purchase.

When I ordered the screen it was in stock. Days later I receive an email stating it was no longer available

The product worked quite well. Shipping time was fairly quick although I paid extra for it. Overall I am happy with my whole experience.

The item was perfect, and shipped immediately. I paid for the 1-2 business day shipping. However it took me 6 business days to receive my item. So I was extremely satisfied with digital supply. Terrible service from USPS.

Ordered a screen for a Note 9. It came as described and works great!

Product is great and price was very competitive. The issue I had is that I paid for expedited shipping and what I got was USPS Ground Mail, so it took more than a week to receive the item. Yes they refunded the difference, but this was a new screen for my Samsung S10+, so I was without my phone for about 10 days. The response I got was about COVID-19 and how shipping is delayed, but being in business myself with inbound and outbound all day every day, UPS and FedEx have not missed a day. This item could have been sent via UPS, FedEx, or even Priority Mail and it would have been fine.

Pretty straight forward installation. The screen works great. only down side i didn't realize it didn't have adhesive for the back so i just bought a back with it already on it.

Really great quality fast shipping easy to install paid $30 buck for the lcd screen for my iPhone XR installed in 30 minutes I would of payed $120 at a fix it shop or $200 through my insurance Im really satisfied with my purchase and the quality of the screen, I even think it’s a little brighter then the original.

Everything arrived within a few days and fit as advertised. My Iwatch is back working with no issues

Ordered a digitizer for my daughters iPhone X. Received it promptly. Followed instructions and replaced it. Works perfectly.

The tools included are decent and worth hanging on to, as well.

My order arrived earlier than expected and was easy to install.

I was sent faulty screen that fails upon installation, we work with multiple companies for screen repair parts and are used to issue with third party parts.

Contacted company to see about replacement. Was told they will not offer replacements until item is sent back to them at our cost for verification of fault. They also will not tell you what the process in the verification.

No mention of what happens to the product if they deem it not covered and what will be done to make the situation right.
