My computer was reset and I lost


My computer was reset and I lost Microsoft Word 2016 I purchased from digitmonitor.com. Their phone number is disconnected but the emails I have sent them haven't bounced back. I just want to get the product key so I can reload Word. No one has replied to the emails. I'll see if I can get someone on the chat feature they have, which appears to work. A little pissed off about the phone number being
disconnected.

Sara was great and very helpful

Sara was great and very helpful. My original key and a 2nd she provided had previously been used.... according to Microsoft. Sara called another department and asked me to call back in 2 hours while they troubleshot it. Supplier is sending new key with instructions direct to me. All seems to be good.

Another mutant strain that should have been hurriedly eaten by it's mother cell.

Well, as is often the case, I write a review that causes the CEO of said company to wake up with smoldering ears, and the next day it gets remedied. Maybe this place is trying, but it sure doesn't seem so. They have a ton of disgruntled folks out there and far too few "Gruntled"... my review stands... but some of it was a little colored by heat of the moment... but that's real too! I did get my purchase... instead of ten minutes, it was ten hours later. amending from one star to two.

Well... they have this thing, where you give them money and they give you software product key code...
BUT THEY NO SEND CODE! They just TAKE MONEY! And no one is there. AND FOR SOME REASON, Google Sees FIT TO PUT THEM FIRST IN THE SEARCH RESULTS like a proper respectable business. I think Google is about ready to get the axe as well... screw a whole bunch of this. I'm using duck duck go... I don't need to have the scammers of the world paying for premium web space like it was the new silk trail! For what? A tiny bit of convenience that cancels out and falls off completely when you get screwed by the people who conveniently were directed to you to take your money and FLIT away with it.. TEE HEE...
I ordered a copy of Word 2016, for Mac... because I have a bunch of chapters in my book, written for PAGES... which is awesome... but they don't make it anymore... or they won't SELL it to you if you get a new computer without it on there... you're basically SCREWED... so I have to buy word 2016 because it was the last version of WORD that has the ability to parse out the codes from the format of PAGES and convert it to doc... but hey, who knows... that could have been the same LYING POS that just took my money on a different corner of GARGLE directing me to toss my money in the hole that is his propped up cardboard facade of a website. I've been on a GD scavenger hunt all day just trying to get my GD old book chapters coverted over to DOCx... and managed to get screwed twice. I guess I should count myself lucky. At least I can say what I do, and my company name in public without a hundred people jotting it down feverishly and heading out with baseball bats and chains in the middle of the night like the yahoos at DIKITMONITOR... Faceless, nameless, blameless,BRAINLESS... Let's do something about that, kids...

Not Sure This Is a Legitimate Company

Could not download the software as indicated in the instructions. Could not contact the company. Links on the page went to dead air so I canceled my credit card as a precaution.

Low satisfaction.

Hi, First, I finally got the keycode for the software I purchased and it worked just fine. My low rating has to do with the speed of the transaction and the support received during the purchase. It was advertised that within minutes I would receive the keycode purchased. However that didn't happen. It took quite sometime, so much that I became worried that something was wrong. I sent an email to your support email address with no reply. I attempted to call the number for customer support and was told that the number did not exist. I was so concerned by this that I locked the credit card used in the purchase. The cost of the keycode was charged to my credit card 24-48 hours before I received what I purchased. I don't think I can recommend your business for the reasons stated. I hope that you will make the changes necessary for your future customers.

Purchase process was a little


Purchase process was a little confusing. Initially I had my Fiancée purchase her copy of MSOffice Home and Student for her new 64 bit laptop on Windows 11.

The next day I also purchased Publisher 2021 to compliment the already loaded version of MSOffive Home and Buisness that was pre purchased and pre load during the build process by Dell. My pre-loaded version didn’t however include Publisher.

She paid $49.99 for the entire suite from you (including MS-Publisher) that was smooth and seemless.

My copy of MS-Publisher was priced at $59.99. I really needed that app so I completed the purchase process online (late on a Sunday night).

I was confused when I didn’t receive and email with download instructions and license key. I deduced that perhaps since it was outside normal business hours that no one was there to process the sale. Assuming that the entire process was not fully automated.

I dispatched an email to you all, and waited to see what would happen. I did check my bank to see if the sale went through thinking perhaps the sale failed, but the charge appeared in my account.

The next day I did receive the download link and license key, but when I entered it in installed the entire office suite including access, publisher, one note, outlook, word, excel, power point
etc.

I’m not complaining about the extra apps, just wondering why the similar suite my girlfriend purchased cost me $10.00 more, wasn’t what I expected or intended.
