I was helped by a total of 4 technicians. The first was, at best incompetent. The next was very good, as were the other two. The best thing about the 2nd and 3rd was that they recognized when they needed to get help from another technician. And the fourth figured out what the problem was and spent a long time fixing it. It i now fixed.
