Sadly, I had to say goodbye to my beautiful little boy Milo on Wed 15th April. As this was sudden, I was lost and confused and wasn’t sure what to do next.
My Vet advised that they would contact Dignity and they would look after him on his final journey.
Milo was collected on Thursday 16th, taken to Dignity and placed in their chapel of rest. Dignity phoned me in the afternoon and were very patient with me and gave me time to make a decision on what was best for Milo. I decided on an attended cremation which was planned for Friday 17th.
On the Friday when I arrived at Dignity, I was met by John who was wonderful. John took me to a quiet room and Milo was brought in on a small trolley, with a lovely blanket on him, paws crossed, he
Looked so peaceful. John then gave me time to say goodbye. which is time I will always cherish. When it was time for Milo’s final journey, I pushed the trolley to the Kiln where I was met by Ian.
Ian said a prayer of committal, and I said my final goodbye to my beautiful little boy.
It’s devastating to lose a pet you have been with and loved for so long and saying goodbye is the final act of love and kindness. Dignity gave Milo a loving final send off, which has helped me come to terms with my devastating loss.
Dignity were absolutely wonderful and I wish to thank you for the way you looked after Milo, and also the support you gave me at such a difficult time.

When I lost my beloved cat Ted I entrusted him to dignity pet crematorium. They were so lovely I really can't fault them. They showed compassion and caring. When I picked him up I was blown away by the grounds, absolutely stunning. I cant rate these guys enough

Sensitive staff that show utmost respect towards all of your wishes.
So if like myself you sadly lose a treasured pet I can't recommend Dignity enough.

Dignity are just incredible from the moment you call them to the point of picking your beloved pets. They call in every stage of process to make you feel at ease and having that reassurance your beloved pet is in such special care with how you want it to be. The support Dignity give you even over the phone are just amazing, kind, polite and with care and compassion. I cant thank Dignity enough, I highly recommend Dignity, my dear friend recommended them to me and I am absolutely relieved my dog Murphy went to Dignity's care. From their first call to us to the delivery of Albert’s ashes, Dignity have been simply outstanding. They understand that this isn’t ’just a pet’ but a member of the family and their service reflects this. We are so happy we chose Dignity to manage the end of Albert’s journey.

We had to make the devastating decision to say goodbye to our boy,Jack. After making the arrangements with our vet I called Dignity as we had heard only good things. The gentleman I spoke to was so helpful and kind and took me through everything and the options and process. I was in a bit of a state and he was so patient in going over the arrangements I had decided on. I had the call the next day telling me Jack was in their care and that he would be looked after until we collected his ashes the next day. When we collected his ashes and the lady who greeted us was so kind and lovely as she told us that there was no rush to leave and we could stay in the gardens as long as we wanted . Jack ashes were so beautiful wrapped with a sprig of flowers.
I'm sorry I don't remember any names but everyone we spoke to and met were all so lovely and kind.

I can’t thank Dignity enough for the care they showed when my cat passed away. From the moment I contacted them, they were incredibly caring, gentle, and thoughtful.

Losing a pet is heartbreaking, but they treated my cat with such dignity and respect, which meant a lot during a very difficult time.

The staff were compassionate, patient, and explained everything clearly, making the whole process a little easier to cope with.

We said goodbye to our cat Sasha and the service was outstanding. The staff were very kind and understanding and highly professionsl.

I sadly had to deal with Dignity on behalf of my sister due to unexpected illness of her beloved pet.
Every single step of the way was met with true compassion and genuine love and respect to the family and pets.
From initial emails and calls, to the fine details, every person who I had contact with were caring and handled every situation very delicately.
The final products are beautiful.
Dignity made a very unfortunate experience easy and stress-free, while still having our feelings and emotions are the front of everything.

I was treated with compassion having just lost my lovely dog. The process was seamless, all my wishes carried out. Everyone I spoke to talked about Rufus by name and I trusted them implicitly. He arrived home exactly as they said he would with a lovely card and beautiful little candle. His ashes are in a blue pot with pawprints and it sits on the dresser next to that of his old friend, Bertie. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

I have used Dignity twice in the past when I lost my cats. One passed suddenly, too young, and I really struggled to make that phone call. However, the lady on the phone was brilliant. She was so kind,patient and comforting on what was a very dark day. They collected my little man from the vet for me and did everything. All I had to do was decide an Urn and any wishes.

The whole procedure is explained and the pet is respected from start to finish.

I lost his sister a few years later to diabetes and used the service again. I was able to put them both into a singular urn which was personally very important to me with them being twins. They now lay in the living room of our family home next to their photos.

Thank you so much for making such horrible moments just that little bit easier.

We used the services of Dignity in the past when our previous dog had to be put to sleep suddenly and were so grateful for the wonderful service they gave us at that time. We had always planned to use them again when our beloved old dog Jake passed away, and sadly he was put to sleep last week. Dignity’s service has been faultless from start to finish. He was collected from our vet promptly and taken to their premises, which reassured us greatly. We had an attended service for him the following day which allowed us to say our final farewells in private whilst playing gentle music and talking to him. We then pushed him to the kiln for his cremation and collected his ashes later that day. It was all very special and a fitting farewell. We thank Dignity wholeheartedly for making an extremely distressing time more bare able. The empathy and care they give bereaved pet owners is second to none.

Dignity Pet Crematorium were wonderful at an incredibly difficult time. From the moment I contacted them, they treated Victoria with such care and respect, which gave me real peace of mind. Every detail was handled thoughtfully and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. They explained everything clearly and made the whole process feel calm and dignified. Knowing that Victoria was being so well cared for meant a lot to me. I’m very grateful for the kindness and professionalism they showed throughout. Losing a pet is incredibly painful, and from the very first conversation we felt supported and genuinely cared for. Every member of the team treated Maizie with dignity and respect, and they treated us with such warmth and understanding during a very emotional time.
