Autonoleggio eccellente! Prezzi modici, abbiamo noleggiato un auto in perfette condizioni rotto e’ andato bene, super consigliato grazie ancora torneremo prossimo anno.

Sono incappata in un'impiegata molto maleducata, con un comportamento agressivo verso i clienti. Assurdo assumere persone così che ti fanno perdere i clienti. Ho dovuto far chiamaere il suo capo per poter fare il check out e ho reclamato sul comportamento di questa persona che mi ha detto di chiamarsi Maura, ma non so se è la verità. Avevo chiamato l'autonoleggio (aeroporto Elmas), come da loro consigliato, per l'orario di chiusura e mi è stato confermato che avrebbero chiuso alle 20. Volevo fare il checkout personalmente perchè alcune volte, con altri noleggiatori, ho avuto fregature lasciando le chiavi nel box per la riconsegna fuori orario. Lei subito mi ha detto che erano chiusi (ero li dalle 19,30 e lei è arrivata alle 19,45) e mi ha accusato di essermi inventata che mi avevano detto che la chiusura sarebbe stata alle 20. Poi, alla mia richiesta di fare il check out, lei ha reagito come una pazza maleducata, fino a quando ho chiesto di parlare con la sua responsabile, persona educata e professionale

Al limite della truffa, bloccano minimo 1000 € sulla carta di credito salvo pagare la tangente di 30/40 euro al giorno per la loro assicurazione (praticamente sei obbligato altrimenti perdi quanto già pagato) Personale ben addestrato a questo genere di pratica...

When I came to Olbia airport to pick up my car, the young lady at the reception immediately told me there was something wrong with my credit card. she pretended it wasn't recognized by their system as a credit card, but as a debit card (even though it's even mentionned on the card that it's acredit and not a debit card). she then asked me to dowload the contract and read the fine prints (debit cards are accepted in exchange of taking the company's daily insurance). she then made a long pseudo technical speech without going straight to the point by telling me what it meant. she just made a long speech to explain to me why the company can't rent me the car with the current conditions. I had to insist to know what she really wanted. I asked her to go straight to the point and to give me an amount. she wanted me to take my card back because in any case she understood I wouldn't take the car from them. shethen, she SHOUTED (yelled, screamed)at me and told me that I was the one who was stubborn. Her 2 bosses (colleagues) didn't say a word, but stayed next to her shortly before she started screaming. To me, this is a well worked and prepared scam and they wanted to make sure she forces me to pay the extra, which would have been 45 euro a day. I didn't give in, told the 20 y.o. girl that this is a scam and I finally went to another company to rent the car. the guy at the other company immediately told me that what Dynamica did to me is pure fraud because after verification....my credit card really was a credit card. It really spoiled my mood for the entire day. when you work hard and honestly the entire year to provide your family some good time, it's not to be scammed by a young lady who instead of working for a decent company decided to start her career by scamming people. This company should be closed. by the way, the website through which I booked the car indicated the company under another name (rental4leisure instead of the real name dynamica), which is already suspicious. I should have read reviews from other victims before booking a car from this company. It's a shame that I can't give 0 out of 5

IN RECEPTION AD OLBIA DICEVA CHE TANTO SI PUO' CHIEDERE IL RIMBORSO ONLINE (ESEGUITO LA PROCEDURA IN MENO DI 24 H DALLA PRENOTAZIONE E LA PRENOTAZIONE NON E' STATO POSSIBILE ANNULLARE QUINDI ACCREDITO DI TASSA DI MANCATO RITIRO. DISAGIO ENORME E MENEFREGHISMO DEI RECEPTIONIST DI OLBIA TUTTO PER FREGARE I SOLDI ALLA GENTE ONESTA!

Mi hanno dato la macchina che non aveva il pieno. L'ho restituita con un tacca in meno. La macchina andava a diesel. Si hanno trattenuuto per una tacca in meno euro 32,03. Una esagerazione.

Ho prenotato l'auto online per una settimana con un'assicurazione "premium" di 53 euro e quando mi sono presentata allo sportello mi hanno detto che praticamente quell 'assicurazione non copriva niente e che mi conveniva aggiungere un' assicurazione di 280 euro, altrimenti per un minimo graffio mi avrebbero addebitato il conto, che la macchina era perfetta e che il valore era di 30.000 euro (una 500 X). La signorina ha anche detto che se non facevo l 'assicurazione, avrei dovuto lasciare una cauzione di 1500 euro e questo significava poter entrare sul conto corrente... Praticamente un ricatto a spingere di effettuare l' assicurazione aggiuntiva, che ti portano sul punto di fare, ovviamente. Dopo averla stipulata, la macchina non era più perfetta, ma hanno tirato fuori addirittura delle foto con i vari segni che già presentava.. Veramente poca chiarezza e poca serietà!

Arrivée à l'aéroport de Cagliari et avons été accueillis au bureau de TARGET RENT - qui était aux couleurs de DINAMICA RENT - par le manager de l'agence.
Il nous a rapidement notifié qu'il ne pouvait pas prendre l'empreinte de notre carte bancaire pour la caution car celle-ci était une carte de débit et non de crédit.

Malgré que cette information n'était pas notifiée clairement dans les conditions générales de vente souscrites lors du paiement en ligne.

Le manager a abusé de sa position dominante et nous a forcé à souscrire à une assurance supplémentaire pour un coût de 229€. J'ai procédé à une réclamation et je suis encore en attente d'un retour définitif de leur part.

Véhicule livré sans Adblue et ils refusent de le rembourser...

Arnaque à la carte bancaire, il n'y a qu'à lire les avis Google. Extorsion pour faire payer une assurance en plus à 45€ par jour.

SCAM COMPANY DO NOT PRERENT!!!! I pre purchased a rental car from this company via Rental4leisure and BSP auto online before my holiday started. I payed for additional insurance in advance. When I arrived to collect the car, I filled in all of their paperwork and showed them the paperwork that I had been emailed in advance. At this point they then said i needed to pay the full rental figure again, along with an additional 200 euros as a deposit. I pointed out that money had already been paid, I even showed them the payment going out of my bank account. The women behind the counter didn't care, she said it was just a piece of paper from a website, they hadn't been paid, and if I wanted a car I'd have to pay for it. I then called the number on my paperwork and sadly no one answered. At this point I then witnessed three Americans having exactly the same problem, despite them having paid up front, the women said she hadn't been paid and unless thy payment was made they wouldn't get a car! They left after 45 minutes without. We then spoke to her again, tried to show her her details on our contract, showed her the parts about payment, insurance etc, and she just wasn't interested. It was just a voucher, they hadn't been paid, and If we wanted a car we had to pay her for it!!

Après avoir réservé un véhicule avec doyouitaly, j'ai été dirigé vers target rent à l'aéroport d'Alghero pour récupérer mon véhicule. La personne de l'agence m'a encouragé à prendre un véhicule de la gamme au dessus pour 30 euros de plus pour être finalement facturé 50 à ma grande surprise !Je suis encore en procédure pour récupérer les 20 euros volés par ces escrocs.

Everything was correct except for the credit card, they didn't accept mine for being virtual and another customer next to me had another problem as his credit card needs to be as they want and if it hasn't the numbers and name visible they won’t accept it.

They don't say anything about that in their conditions and tried to manipulate me into believing it was writen somewhere when it wasn't.

Then they will make you wait 5 minutes and then tell you that you are lucky to be able to go through if you pay a 40€/day insurance. The joke is I already had paid an extra insurance but they didn't accept it.

If it wasn't enough, if you take some time to call customer support they will threaten to leave you without car if you take longer.

Anche una stella è troppo. Arrivati ci hanno detto che la prenotazione non era valida, in pratica abbiamo pagato due volte la macchina.

Whatever you do, avoid Target Rent DynamicRent in Sardinia at all times. They try to charge the most random costs and try to find faults in the car upon return. It was the most overpriced experience I have had. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Dinamica car rental at Elmas Airport, Cagliari, June 24 2024, rented via Rentalcars.com subsidiary of Booking.com. Dinamica is the WORST company I have ever dealt with, the appalling customer service Emma's shameful, we purchased Full Protection insurance online via Rentalcars.com only to pressured in to purchasing a second policy on collection, they advised us the Full Protection was worthless and we had to purchase a second policy at a cost of £160 for 4 days. We expected a VW Golf but actually got a filthy, damaged and unroadworthy Fiat 500 with many faults. We have complained to Rentalcars.com, they have refunded the first policy amount £37 but accept no responsibility for the 'forced' purchase of the second policy basically washing their hands of any responsibility. Total rip off scam, steer clear of both.

Non sono stati molto scorbutici lo ammetto, alquanto simpatici, uno di loro ti fa una valanga di domande e sembra essere tuo amico cosi poi tutto il resto passa. Ma alla fine niente é chiaro, riservi il veicolo per 250€ e ti rigirano per fartene spendere altri 500€! Ma perché? Ok, il trucchetto dell'upgrade della macchina dalla panda alla 500X me lo voglio anche bere. Ma perché nessuna assicurazione fatta a monte va bene per il risultato finale? Perché deve esserci sempre un problema col pagamento che poi a causa della carta di credito/debito ti devono rifilare l'assicurazione aggiuntiva e il passaggero aggiuntivo e spelarti di denaro?? Perché?! Assistenza scarsa, avevo detto che la spia delle gomme si era accesa e che le gomme erano consumatissime da mettere la vita in pericolo di me e il mio coniuge, menomale che solo a spese mie mi costato solo il gommista perché non e stata controllata come si deve evidentemente, solo lavata. Vi prego fate chiudere questa azienda e aiutiamo altri ad evitare di farsi truffare.

We are a couple who recently rented a car with DinamicRent in Olbia, Sardinia. Although the car was a recent and comfortable model, the service fell short of our expectations. The reservation was in my husband's name, and I couldn't use the credit card from our joint account, even though it had my name on it.

The company did not allow us to rent at the agreed price and forced us to pay four times more to start our vacation on the island. We tried to resolve the issue by presenting the necessary documents, but the employee was neither receptive nor interested in our satisfaction.

If you're undecided about which company to choose for renting a vehicle, do not choose DinamicRent. I will not be using their service again.

STATE LONTANI DA QUESTA AZIENDA
Cercheranno di truffarvi in tutti i modi, cercheranno di proporti un assicurazione aggiuntiva di 200 euro e metteranno in discussione qualsiasi cosa farai per non fare l'assicurazione. Il ragazzo che si trova all'accettazione in aeroporto ha mollato solo alla mia minaccia di chiamare la polizia aeroportuale dopo quasi un ora di menzogne volte a truffarmi.

Quando sono arrivata per il noleggio ad Olbia ottenuto on line tramite orbit care mi hanno hanno detto che l'acconto dato di 51 euro era la percentuale di orbit care e mi hanno dato una macchina di cilindrata maggiore nonostante avessi chiesto una più piccola e più facilmente parcheggiabile. Al rientro un'altra persona mi ha detto invece che il prezzo pieno era la spesa del secondo viaggiatore. Due versioni diverse. Io avevo prenotato presso orbi care e avevo pagato l'acconto scrivendo comunque che avrebbe guidato solo mio marito. Era infatti una sorpresa per un regalo. Ho scritto più email a Orbit care che non sente ragione, nonostante al momento del contratto avessi pure chiesto se dovevo pagare una maggiorazione visto che mio marito ha 71 anni e io più giovane ma non volevo guidare. Scriverò questo commento anche su Orbit Care.

A fuir impérativement. Nous sommes arrivés à plusieurs et toutes les personnes ayant réservé une voiture se sont vu attribuer une assurance obligatoire de 50 euros par jour car leur carte de crédit faisait apparaitre la mention débit. C'est un système d'arnaque bien rodé en Italie, Sardaigne et Sicile. Ne choisissez absolument pas cette agence qui pratique ce business de bandit
