Teodor and Remi have fixed so many things since 2022 for us - kitchen tap, thermostatic part in shower, wall radiator taps, leaking toilet, full boiler service. Recommend to anyone!

Teodor has been fantastic in recommending and installing a new smart thermostat. He took the time to carefully explain the options and benefits and installed it impeccably. He demonstrated how to operate the new system and was incredibly professional throughout. Highly, highly recommended!

Teo is a true professional. He repaired my boiler by replacing a single part, while others had told me the whole unit needed changing. Teodor was amazing when our boiler was playing up around Christmas, managing to attend only a short while after I got in touch with him. He attended and explained very well what the issue was and how to rectify. It didn’t require any work, and he didn’t charge which was an amazing Christmas surprise!

Teodor is clearly very knowledgeable when it comes to boilers. He is also incredibly friendly and easy to deal with. He came at very short notice to diagnose the reason for my boiler failing. He identified the issue very quickly and explained how it was causing a boiler fuse to keep blowing. I would recommend Teodor and his company Dinate Engineering to anyone. You will definitely be in a very safe pair of hands.

We had been having heating problems for nearly a week that our home plan engineers wouldn’t touch. A specific grievance of theirs being all four of the engineers sent wouldn’t access the tank they were blaming, in a tight loft and therefore couldn’t help us at all.

We tried calling Dinate as another option as we were starting to feel lost.

The initial telephone call was great. Our problem was listened to and we were left reassured that an engineer would be in touch.

The next day our engineer, Teodor, arrived exactly when he arranged. The first thing he did was access the four times named inaccessible tank in seconds and assure us it wasn’t the problem. He went on to fix our problem while carefully explaining to me how we can best avoid it happening in the future. He was extremely professional, easy to get on with and very patient with me and my questions as I was trying to understand it all.

We definitely have our people now! Our experience with Dinate has been a pleasure and we look forward to having them round in the future.

Dinate has just completed a full refurbishment for our house: the new pipeworks, central heating, underfloor heating, boiler and megaflo. Bathrooms and showers. Kitchen and utility. Excellent and professional work. At a fair price. This company is reliable, and up to date with new technologies. They will find a solution for all your plumbing and heating needs. And I really like the way they will remind me when my annual service is due. We are very very lucky to have them in our area.
