Amazing!
The delivery came as expected and was packaged really well! All of the meals I’ve tried so far have exceeded expectations! Will definitely be purchasing again - makes life so much easier and I know I’m fueling my body with good food!

Very happy with the quality and flavours of our meals. Customer service were also really helpful and responded quickly when I mucked up my order. They helped me rectify it in time to come out as planned.

The meals I've tried so far were nice but the packaging is hard to open
The meals I've tried so far were delicious. I found the lasagne a bit bland; it would have been nice to have some herbs added. I found the packaging hard to open and the carboard ripped while trying to open the plastic casing

Most of the food is delicious, I am vegetarian so my options are limited.
I would like if some of the dishes were a bit larger.
The online ordering (if subscription) is not the easiest thing to navigate and you can only pick by name and not look at ingredients

For online ordering, we recommend opening two Dineamic tabs—one for placing your order and another to browse the full menu. That way, you can easily check out macros and ingredients for each dish!
We’ll also pass along your suggestion for more vegetarian options to our kitchen team. We appreciate your input!

The customer service was patient and understanding. The delivery was professional and well packaged. Most importantly, the meals are delicious. I won't recommend my favourites, because each person is different and one person's gnocchi is another's sweet and sour pork but I'm fairly sure everyone will be as satisfied as I was.

Great, convenient and tasty
Meals are convenient. The kids love them too so may need to order more at a time lol.
Some have been a little too salty for my personal preference but nothing a little Siracha sauce can’t fix.

Really disappointed by these meals
Edited to add: Dineamic requested the batch numbers and used-by dates of my order so their QA team can “investigate”.
Photographic evidence of the meals were not enough. My order details that they should have on their system is not enough. The date and batch number details are printed on the plastic wrap of the packaging, which becomes stretched and damaged out of the microwave, and obviously they are peeled off and thrown out. Despite Sasina claiming in their email “I’m looking forward to sorting this out for you!”, they immediately washed their hands of the issue because “It can be quite challenging for a large commercial kitchen to trace batch numbers and use-by dates without a little help from our customers.”
They have intentionally made it impossible to meet their requirements for a refund, or even just to lodge a complaint about their products. Despite their claim “I’m looking forward to sorting this out for you!” please keep in mind this company will do as little as possible to do anything to assist your, and it’s entirely by design. They know people throw out packaging. They know their batch numbers are used by dates won’t be recoverable when you peel the plastic off the boxes. Don’t give them your money.
Really disappointed by the quality of these meals. They were a bland, waterlogged, sloppy mess. The lemongrass pork is inedible, I couldn’t finish it. We ordered Dineamic based on the reviews on their website, and boy do I regret it, I can’t bring myself to eat another one of these. I read a few bad reviews but thought the positives seemed to outweigh them, but the negative reviews are spot on. Everything is bulked out with soggy over-cooked rice, the tomato based meals like chipotle chicken are very acidic, and there’s next to no vegetables. I feel a bit scammed and I’m very angry and frustrated that I wasted money on this product.

Delivery was punctual
Delivery was punctual, food tastes exactly like amazing home cooked meals and are fresh! Loved the taste, low calories and sodium across the entire range. I’ve tried just about every ready meal and there is not one meal that I have not liked!

The food I eat is much plainer
The food I eat is much plainer, so I’m not accustomed to eating very spicy food. I like vegetable separate from meat . I do like cottage pie though.

We noticed that in your order there is Free Range Chipotle Chicken with Basmati Rice which considered a spicy meal! We suggest you to keep an eye of 'Chili' label - this indicates that the meal is spicy!
