Repeat buyer I love The door decals
So I was a little nervous, not knowing the company and making the purchase with all the scams out there, but I run a little shop here in Oklahoma and when I say it showed up on time, the customer service was amazing and everyone in my local town absolutely loves the decals. My bad
You did well on your part. Took quite a while but you kept me informed. That's great. My issue is I was not familiar with your type of decal. I'm accustomed to: 1. Pulling the back off the decal printing surface and Position on surface. 2. Position the decal using soap spray. Rub printing with hard edge to stick printing. 3. Pull off top transparent plastic and leaving only the printing. Yours leaves a clear plastic layer that extends beyond the printing. Not a good look. Will not buy this type of decal again. My bad

Was charged three times when making the…
Was charged three times when making the initial purchase. They did fix the error after I reached out but frustrating to have to deal with. Refused to let me return an item I was dissatisfied with. They said the only way they’d consider a refund is with photo evidence of a defect. Whether or not their customers are happy with their product did not matter.
