Sent two blouses back in pristine condition only to have DIOR blatantly LIE and say both blouses were worn and had deodorant stains and would NOT refund me! Took me months,
Many, many calls, and many calls to Amex to finally get credited. Shocked that this company would behave with sleazy practices.
Impossible to return
Impossible to return. They don’t allow you to return it to the store. You have to pay shipping, and it’s more expensive because it’s flammable. Shipping more expensive than the product.
I would prefer bots to this CS team
Their customer service team is useless, they have will not escalate claims, will blatantly lie to you, ignore you, and be rude. I had agent Gordon full on close chat with me several times in a row and not help, he refused to escalate my claim, was extremely rude, and did not respond. I opened chat and Sasha was the same. Im sick of this company, they are shady and quite frankly a scam. I think bots would be better than these real people
Worst customer service
Worst customer service, take a week to get a response. Package lost in transit for 14 days, a week to get response. Once they responded offering to ESCALATE the case with a courier. Escalate whatever you want, why should I for it? Came to spend, but happened to waste time & money. I guest that approach is kinda from fax era, Quite Useless service.
Amazing Lipstick
I recently tried the Rouge Dior Forever lipstick, and I'm in love! The color is brilliant and does not fade over the day. My lips feel incredibly hydrated and silky after using it, not at all drying. An additional lovely touch is the stylish box. Unquestionably worth the price.
Christian Dior did not stand behind their product.
Christian Dior simply did not stand behind their handbags that we, unfortunately, spent so much money on. A very costly handbag with defective material and ACKNOWLEDGED in writing by a Dior customer service rep. that (1) the bag we sent images of is authentic and theirs, and (2) they know about these defects. Yet, because we couldn't find the original receipt, they refused to either repair, replace or any other reasonable resolution for the customer. Customer service sweet talks to the customer so nicely, BUT did absolutely nothing for us to resolve their defective handbag. Be sure this won't happen to us again because we are totally done buying anything CD. And from the various reviews on line, it looks like others may be as well.

Don't even bother calling customer service. I waited 30 minutes to speak with someone who acted as if they were planning to quit later that day. Most customer service lines give their people prompts and scripts to guide the conversation. Not Dior, apparently. I was basically pulling teeth from this lady who left tons of dead air on the line and responded to MY suggestions of what we could do next with surly disdain. She said she would file a request and I would receive an email decision. Well, she never did because I never received any email. Truly bizarre...

Dior Beauty great to influencers but loyalty members miss out.
The Entire DIOR Beauty website /"LOYALTY" program is a horrible mess. They send "influencers" their great Gifts to get us shopping but when Loyal paying customers ( loyal - 20 Years /my first lipstick at age 18 ) there is Always something missing. Never get my Loyalty gifts. The challenge questions Never work, I have made a total of 13 phone calls in 3 years ,average wait is 45 minutes, and they promise the moon and deliver Nothing. Beyond frustrated .
I stopped buying from them
I am a Dior make up gold member and the only one time I didn’t like a lipstick I bought (it’s beautiful but looks awful on my skin tone ) I contacted them about return process because I couldn’t find any online, they never replied. They do reply other inquiries that they like quick enough. I am not interested in buying from them anymore. There are many brands doing so much better then Dior.

For Gold I was gifted a beautifully presented house with four small j'adore perfume varieties inside. Very nice. They ship super quickly and I normally receive my products within 2-3 days with their free standard shipping!
