My order arrived damaged and I contacted Dior and included the pictures. They said they transferred my remarks to "the concerned department." It had been over 3 weeks and I am still waiting.
Missing Package

I have an order on Nov.10 about a Christmas collection for my girlfriend. However, the package got in the UPS local store and lost. I connect to Dior and UPS, and I set up a claim on UPS. And the whole time I did not get anything from Dior, they did not give me the option to resend the collection or give me a refund. Several days ago, I connect to UPS, they said they have already refund the money to Dior e-commence. And I just called today, the people only say she will call to UPS, and there is nothing more. I am really upset about this shopping. And until not I left the message on Dior's website, there is still no one reply to me.
My Dior Sauvage
My Dior Sauvage, which I purchased as a thank you to Dior for standing by Johnny Depp (the real DV victim & survivor), came very quickly, was packaged beautifully, and smells amazing. My husband loves it and said when it runs out, he will be purchasing this again. He loves the scent and the company's loyalty to an innocent man. Thank you, Dior, you've snagged yourself a new lifetime customer.
Great perfume, but packaging was not
Whoever packed the box, did not put enough shredded paper. Chanel always insulates the bottom of the box with a generous amount of shredded paper so nothing moves inside during shipping.
Absolutely lovely
Absolutely lovely! I ordered the 279 Denim eye color palette and am so pleased. The packaging was such a delightful surprise. It was boxed in a gift box inside the VERY secure shipping box. And tied with a beautiful bow. It was so pretty I hated to open it. But I did of course. and the interior padded packaging was equally great. My gift with purchase was included in a Dior pouch as well. And the eye shadow itself is beautiful. The pigment is very intense, but goes on smoothly and very easy to blend. Exceeded my expectations.

I can’t believe Dior has such a bad…
I can’t believe Dior has such a bad customer service!!! There’s no way to contact them. Live chat doesn’t Work, they don’t answer the phone nor the emails. I got the dior foundation for the first time using their “shade founder” and the shade is wrong, my skin turned red after the first use, I wrote them about my concern but they never got back to any of my emails. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Customer service was extremely lacking
Customer service was extremely lacking. First of all the website worked badly and would not allow the transaction through with no explanation as to why then when the order did go through but incorrectly I reached out to customer service within MINUTES of the order and was sent an email by Dior saying it would be forwarded to the correct department (keeping in mind the email route was the only route available at that hour) and since I had not received any indication about a cancellation I reached out to the chat in which I was told it was too late and the order could not be cancelled. You'd figure dior would have improved the DTC channels in order to compete in Covid times but unfortunately their customer service isn't up to par with the most basic websites.

One of my friends recommended this brand to me, and I like it! So I purchased more for my friends. This lipstick is exactly what I want. Everything is just right. The color, how it fits my lips, the moisture feeling, and so on.
I have been a customer of Dior for years!
I have been a customer of Dior for years! Their hydra life creme sorbet moisturizer loves my skin and vice versa. Recently, when I ran out and boy did I notice the difference! Without this moisturizer, my skin broke out, was dry or greasy depending on the time of day. It was day and night. I will keep buying and using these products!

Unforgivable delay
As I bought it for my sister cause due to Covid-19 we won’t celebrate Christmas together, I paid extra so she could receive the calendar on time - December 1st and hasn’t arrived yet. I am furious.

My first visit to Dior was wonderful
My first visit to Dior was wonderful. No pretense, my SA (Simeon M.) was informative, asked thoughtful questions and made spot on suggestions. He was patient and showed me a variety of styles in handbags and accessories. I really appreciate that he shared stories about the brand, Mr. Dior and other interesting aspects of Dior. The store was beautiful, had a nice selection and Covid cautious without being 'hands off'. Do not hesitate to shop with this store- Dior, Highland Park Village//Dallas.
