Bought for a birthday present
Came really quickly and well packaged.

From my first contact to the safe well packed arrival of my gaming PC , Direct Computers were completely professional. Very pleased with the set up and you can buy with confidence from Direct Computers.

My old computer was struggling to cope with everyday things related to work, so I started to look on the internet, I thought would it be any cheaper or more reliable to have a bespoke desktop computer made to my specifications, I'm not into IT & I don't know much about these computer systems, so I searched on-line & noticed a few businesses that dealt & advised on which options were best for individual needs, I checked all of the reviews including the customer service after-sales & this one stood out amongst the rest, so I contacted Direct Computers Derby S18 1QJ.
I spoke to a customer service advisor & they arranged for one of there PC Build Technicians to ring me. I received a prearranged phone call from Josh (Computer Technician) from Direct Computers & we talked about what would be best for my requirements, I knew straight away Josh was the right person, polite, patient, understanding & listened to what I needed.
We talked through different systems & what I really required to make my life that little easier, Josh worked out what would be the most suitable & we came to an outcome which I was happy with.
Josh was absolutely amazing with all his advice, knowledge & expertise especially when it came to quality & pricing of parts.
We came up with a new bespoke desktop which fitted my budget.
I'm a full time photography who needed to be pointed in the right direction & Direct Computers with the help & support of Josh have given me the better choice by far, rather than buying a computer from the likes of Amazon for example which wouldn't fit my requirements.
The desktop arrived within 10 days, well packaged which included expanding foam packaging for the inside, protecting all inner workings, I've got to mention this was presented with extreme safety of the components in mind, protection of the external casing was of a high standard, outstanding care must of been taken in packaging (packaging:- take a bow you deserve it).
All the paperwork, the detailed directions & a straight forward diagram which was easy to follow in the setting-up process.
The PC Build was absolutely amazing in looks & performance, I am really pleased I used Direct Computers as the end result was exactly what I wanted. I have since found out the computer was built by the exact person who I talked to at the beginning of this process, I find this is a real win for me as Josh the computer technician knew everything about what we had talked about (Thank you Josh).
Since I've bought this system my go to IT specialist is Direct Computers, perfect customer support, customer service reception team are a real credit to the business & total satisfaction is always their main aim.
It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Direct Computers, this has to be one of the best experiences I've ever had from any online business, first class company, first class business with trusted people who care, so anything to do with IT these are the go to people, just give them a call it's always free unbiased help & advice.
I'm one very happy customer, 5 stars & well deserved, keep up this standard & you'll always have loyal customers. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Purchaced new pc with upgrades on some parts for my daughter as a major upgrade from a lagging laptop she absolutly loves it ,games,streaming the lot very pleased

Great service. Speedy delivery. Helpful and friendly staff. A super-fast machine built to my requirements.

Jeffery helped me a lot with running retro games, especially Windows 9x games, on my Steam Deck. Using compatibility tools like Lutris and Wine for non-Steam games made it much easier.

MS-DOS and Windows 9x games run really well on the Steam Deck and SteamOS with this setup. It provides a great experience, and there’s no need to use an emulator or a virtual machine!

The support team was absolutely fantastic and so helpful. They patiently guided me through the entire process of customizing and getting my dream PC. I couldn't be happier with the customer service and the final product. Highly recommend!

I ordered a pc from these guys and paid for the speedy build and delivery, sadly due to DHL issues it went slightly over the expected delivery rate. They were very vocal and explaining to me the delays etc. As an apology they extended my warranty which was very nice. The pc it self was very well packaged. The GPU is packed separately to prevent transport damage aswell. Overall very happy and will buy from them again. Thank you

Although my experience didn’t start perfectly, I’m very pleased with how everything was handled in the end.

There were a few initial issues with the PC on arrival and some delays in communication, which was frustrating at first. However, once I raised this, Joshua stepped in and provided excellent support throughout.

He was responsive, professional, and made sure a fair resolution was reached. I received a refund for the 1TB NVMe SSD, as I had already upgraded the storage myself, and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free.

Really appreciate the effort to put things right — it shows strong customer service when a company takes responsibility and follows through.

Overall, a positive experience and I’d be happy to recommend.

Very good service, they replied to my emails pretty quick and I appreciate that. If you're not sure about buying from this company I would strongly recommend them over places like Amazon.

What can I say! Service from Joshua at Direct Computers was second to none. Every (many) question(s) of mine were answered brilliantly, nothing was too much trouble with Joshua being very patient and giving great suggestions/advice when needed during my custom PC order. I recently bought the Nitro bundle from Direct Computers as a first gaming PC for myself and my daughters. Having been a console gamer most of my life, this whole experience was completely new to me.

The PC arrived well packaged and the setup was really straightforward.

After shopping around and comparing other retailers, DC offered the best value by far.

I ordered during the Christmas break and once DC reopened in the new year, their communication was spot on. Very friendly and efficient, with everything sent as they had communicated.

Overall, a great experience and I’d happily recommend Direct Computers to anyone looking for a prebuilt gaming PC

Direct Computers were excellent to deal with. They built exactly the pc I was after to improve my gaming experience. They did so patiently, offering good advice and all for the right price. I can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.

I have had a great experience from start to finish i keep changing things and it was not problem to josh and if u need help after the computer has arrived there are there for you delivery was spot on very well packaged just a great company to deal with just trying them you won't be sorry thanks syd

BOUGHT A PC FOR OFFICE, IT WAS VERY COMPETETIVE PRICE PLUS COMES WITH 3 YEARS WARRANTY. PC WORKING GREAT, ORDERED ANOTHER ONE.
STAFF IS GREAT ON CHAT, QUICK AT RESPONSE AND ANSWERS ALL YOUR QUESTIONS.

Pc came great! Prices are much better than most other prebuilts too!

Joshua helped me a lot in customer service with my stupid questions, I didn't even know how to remove the side pannel lol! But he didn't judge and was king throughout.

Super fast delivery, ordered at 4:55pm and delivered next day. Had an issue and a replacement was also sent out next day. Great Customer service (Thanks Jeff), will definitely use again in the future.
