Update: I filed a dispute with PayPal and within hours, they issued me a full refund. I forwarded them the many, many emails to and from DirectDeals with Ankush, where he was just telling me I had to wait for a "solution", and meanwhile my Quicken subscription expired days ago. After I received the refund from PayPal, Ankush from Direct Deals emailed AND called me, telling me that I should wait for a solution, as he had told me. He also said in his email, and I quote, "Please note that we had already processed a full refund for your order from our side", which is absolutely hilarious because PayPal would have known if a refund had already been issued. And my final note on this matter: I find it a little unsettling that an American company owned by a disabled veteran would outsource customer service to another country. I was really surprised by that. As with any American company that does this, it is to pay customer service reps a lot less money. I just assumed an American veteran would hire American reps - my mistake. This does not mean that some people haven't had good experiences with this company, but for me personally, I think it was way too much DRAMA.
I purchased Quicken Starter on this website because it was about $1.50 less than other websites, like Walmart. This turned out to be a very BAD decision for me. I didn't realize that I had purchased a subscription that was labeled "for new user only" - and I've been using Quicken for many years and am not a new user. When I entered the activation code into Quicken, I got the message telling me it was a "new user only" code. I immediately contacted DirectDeals.com, and I also emailed the company that sent me the code, Synnex, asking for either a new code OR a refund. I sent both companies a screenshot of the code entered into Quicken and Quicken's response that I could not use it. I made the mistake admittedly, but if it's not possible to give me another code, please just give me a refund so I can buy a subscription at Walmart or Best Buy, which of course in hindsight, I should have done in the first place. I have received nothing but the runaround from DirectDeals.com. I have sent emails several times asking for status, they respond 6 - 8 hours later that they are "working on it". They told me to give them at least "1-2 business days", which I have - and still they tell me that I have to wait. Of course now, my Quicken subscription has expired and DirectDeals.com is in the wind. This is just so completely unacceptable. I made the purchase on PayPal so I'm just going to file a dispute with PayPal and hope they can get my money back. My advice to people is to just stick to companies you know, that you have purchased from in the past without issues. I know that sh*t happens now and again, but there's really no excuse for just not giving me a refund when I asked the first time. It shouldn't take several days to know if they can send me another code or not.

He confirmed some credentials and stated he would release it right away. Less than a Min later I had my order in my inbox. AWESOME!! More importantly it checked out and all is working.
A few years ago, I purchased new software from DirectDeals (MS Project Professional). It was substantially less expensive then buying from MicroSoft directly. I had a slight issue with the product key they sent - but it was quickly resolved and everything worked great. Fast forward to today, and I needed to download the software to a new laptop. I had all sorts of issues with MicroSoft (they have the worst customer service EVER). Via chat, I contacted DirectDeals and they sent me a new product code and link directly from their site that worked perfectly. Thank goodness.
I really appreciate that they stood behind their product and provided excellent customer service.
They helped my father install Microsoft Office 2021 Professional Plus. They even set up the Office Shortcuts for him.

Purchased $500 in software, never received it. If you want to order from them try calling their "24x7" support number first... no one ever answers it.

Product code was good. No issues. Wasn’t sure about site at first but everything was smooth and easy. Fast delivery. Don’t normally review but figured I would to maybe help someone else on the fence about getting a windows code.

Item purchased not delivered. Tracking shows stuck in mobile. Called facility and they had no information. Item was scheduled to be delivered today 3/28/23.

If you are looking for a place to buy stuff online, I would highly recommend Direct Deals. I ordered the wrong product but their customer service was great. They checked on the correct product and provided an option to exchange it. The exchange process was quick and easy. I received my new product quickly. I will definitely buy from them again.

I have been using Direct Deals for years now and even have my own account. Whenever I have an issue they resolve it very quickly with no problems. I had a purchase that was a few years old and they even helped me there when I installed it on a new computer.
