I am a repeat customer of this store. Quality, product, and customer service are exceptional! Highly recommend.

Ordered some item a month ago, after a week I recieved a mssg that the product wasn't in store anymore, They promissed to correct it and sent me back my money. Contacted them a week and a half later to complain. They promissed to return my money within 48 hours. Still haven't seen anything yet, VERY dissapointed.

This site is great. I get constant updates about the shipping. The products are great. The mints have a great flavor. I have purchased the water and the mints on several occasions and will continue to do so.

i had to request the tracking number; they responded within a few days. nonetheless,the order arrived successfully in china, with only a tiny leak. order placed jun 1 (canada pst), delivered jun 13 (shenzhen). overall, i am pleased with your service and appreciate the international delivery!

It is easy doing business with lourdes gift shop.

I ordered the Lourdes Water Container Gift Set. I loved the set, beautiful. I didn't know if Loudes 1 litter water was blessed i guess it is because on description doesn't say if water is blessed by their priest. I went online to order another 1 liter and it says it is blessed. Love their gifts!! I love YOU MOTHER MARY.

Had been speaking to Amanda who was very helpful with some photos of a miraculous medal I wished to purchase. When ordered it was with me in Ireland within 2 days.

Package was beautiful with a few wee extra bits that were added to the purchase by the team at Direct from Lourdes.

Super slecht. En contact is niet mogelijk. Telefonische verwijst men naar email. Ik heb er 5 gestuurd! Plus het contact formulier 2xingevuld. Het word mooier voorgespiegeld dan wat je in werkelijkheid krijgt! Daarnaast 10 euro uitgeven aan verzendkosten omdat het via een pakket zou verstuurd worden. Ik kreeg het gewoon via de brievenbus binnen. Terwijl ze dat niet meer deden aangezien het met brievenbus pakje vaak niet aan zou komen. Voel mij zwaar opgelicht. Jammer laatste keer hier. Geleverde armband is niet wat ik gekregen heb. Het gaat om bestelling: 418088 Het ontvangen bandje komt niet overeen met wat ik ontvangen heb. Het elastiek is slap, de kralen zijn dof en grijs, niet goud kleurig en glanzend zoals is aangegeven via uw foto's op uw website. Dit voelt voor mij als een teleurstelling. Daarnaast heb ik betaald voor pakket post en dit is via de brievenbus bezorgd. U geeft zelf aan dat er niet meer via de brievenbus word bezorgd omdat pakjes kwijt raakten. Nu kreeg ik dus toch een brievenbus pakje waar ik teveel voor heb betaald. Dit vind ik een vorm van misleiding! Maar het ergste is een uitgerekte armband slap met doffe kralen die niet glanzend goud zijn. Bestelnummer: 418088

I placed order from them on Saturday the 13th 2025 so, after the order was placed I then noticed a mistake from me of a delivering address that needed changing. I quickly sent them a message of sending the items to a new delivery address, but I didn’t hear from them. They was no reply to my email and I was disappointed. But this morning of Tuesday the 16th of December 2025 the items arrived to the address I wanted them to send the items to. It’s remarkable… I’m very satisfied at the end with their service and I will be shopping as always from them again. Although they didn’t replied to my email but these shows to me that they take customers first. Thank you so much and I am very happy with my orders. GOD Bless your
