Very Happy With Service
I was very happy with the speed, efficiency and courtesy of the service. The process was very clear and easy to follow. One suggestion is to revise one of the instructions: a bank complained there were no boxes to fill for 'full name and address' of the sender of funds when the deposit was made, and this caused confusion at the other end. Please check if this is an issue.

Funds were received 10.39am 24 July. your funds paid away 11.03am 24 July. That's 24 minutes. not sure what delay you are referring to? :)

They are the best at what they do!
We've used Direct FX for the past 10 years, and they have consistently given us great exchange rates, super quick service and have gone out of their way to make money transfers simple. I can't rate them highly enough.
