Wasn't on time was supposed to be here before 3pm !!! NO refreshments but was told there would be i was very disappointed i paid 600£ for 3hours for 4 runs i got 2 runs out of it i think it absolutely disgrace the driver also said to me that he wouldn't be late he will get us all there before 3pm David!

Amazing experience from start to finish! Great communication, helpful, kind and flexible. Boys absolutely loved the limo and the driver was great and let them have the best time. Would 100% recommend for prom! Spacious! Had 11 16 year old in and lots of room.

I have booked with direct limos for 2 years on the run for both my children’s Proms. Amazing service from start to finish and the limos are fab. The kids loved the music and the disco lights! Would definitely recommend and we will be back to book again. Thanks again x

Driver was great! A limo driver, photographer and traffic controller in one. Even though everyone told us our mammoth of a limo wouldn’t fit under the hotel canopy, he managed to get us in so we could have a great prom entrance. Limo was beautiful and experience was amazing. Highly recommend

Had this company for my daughters 7th birthday today with 11 of her friends, from booking to drop us off service was brilliant limo was amazing with lights & everything we were able to bring our own drinks & the driver went out of his way to stop on the drive for my daughter to see her Granny whilst passing! Thank you so much for taking us to and from the church for our wedding. It was such fun. Like a mini sensory room for my autistic daughter, too which was a bonus , the lights calmed her before church. I was super nervous but you made me feel at ease. Thank you so much. Dave was early for pick ups conscience of time keeping and taking traffic into account. Arrived at the church in plenty of time for our "I do's". I would highly highly recommend! Mr & Mrs Brennan

I spoke to David on Saturday morning for a limo that night and after working things around he was able to work his magic and fit me in for the hour that I needed him for, from the moment he picked up the phone he was friendly and helpful turned up before the time was agreed so we could have some pictures and was a perfect smooth ride the whole way would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants a limo or hire service!

Shame I couldn’t give more stars!!! Booked this company for my mums wedding - limo and baby Bentley. The service was absolutely brilliant. Cars were spotless and you could tell they take pride in presentation, the staff were friendly and professional. Both cars arrived on time at two separate addresses, the plan was to get groom and guests there first and the bride after and that exactly how they did it and worked perfectly. Price was very good too in comparison to other companies. Would 100% recommend. Thank you for making it a fab experience 😘

I booked a limo for a surprise for my daughters 13th birthday for her and her friends, they absolutely loved it.
Excellent service, on time and very professional.

Absolutely fantastic service when used for a year 6 leavers prom. Despite having to change arrangements due to Covid lockdowns, nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend this company they were highly professional and customer service was second to none.

You need the best company to take care of your special day. Well this is it period. Dont mess around calling others for prices/ quotes, sizes,types. Just call direct limos. I am not messing around when I say this.

David the proprietor paid detailed attention. Offering assurances and communicated with me at all levels (emails to phone calls etc).
I was hoping to get a limo for a certain seater limo but still needed a head turner. Well, up popped the 16 seater hummer h2. Anyways the quote I got was still over £200 cheaper then the nearest best quote and believe me when I say this I must have rang close to 5 or 6 companies up.
David also kept his word when he said he was offering some drinks on the house (non alcoholic) and like true to his words kept it.

On the day the limo arrive way before the time it was meant to arrive and punctuality was key. The drivers communication was wonderful and it communicated with me all the way. With no doubt in my mind, this is a company not only will I use again but I will recommend them to everyone I know. See you soon Direct limos. I have made a future booking with directlimohire for a wedding in 2021 ive decided to choose this company because I have had a lot of word-of-mouth recommendations from family and friends and so didn't hesitate once David gave me a cracking deal for a limousine and luxury car. Great customer service I think this company will go a long long way.

Direct Limo Hire are very trustworthy, great value and have excellent customer service. I can't thank them enough for giving me a limousine on such short notice and in such a professional manner. I know there are quite a few limousine companies out there but there are only a couple that are outstanding and Direct Limo Hire certainly sets the bar very high. I hired a Hummer Limousine for my Brother's 30th Birthday at short notice. I spoke with the owner David, who was very pleasant & accommodating in my enquiry. The driver called a few hours before the pick up time & arrived promptly to our location. The driver was very polite & it's safe to say it was a very memorable evening!
