Excellent service, great website, fast delivery

Great service

Ordered a book from them, delivered quickly and packaged well. Definitely order from them again.

First orders were great last 2 orders for vape juice completely wrong as others have posted - phone number dead, email doesn’t work, complaints ticket process results in nothing. This company has taken £60 from me which I will never get back.
Shocking Company Avoid, Avoid, Avoid

Sent out order missing items. No way to contact them. Email address on website says it does not work. Contact form is useless as they dont reply.

Worst company ever!
I have placed the order and not received a tracking number. Tried to raised a ticket and no reply, tried to get in touch on their website and it gives me error, tried to send an email and the Email ( stated on their website ) is inexistent, tried to call them and the number is inexistent, but they took the money, funny eh

Latest order came incomplete. Tried contacting them but email address doesn't work and raising a "ticket" does nothing. No one contacts you. Plus there's no number leaving consumers totally high and dry. As the old saying goes, buy cheap, pay twice. But the lack of contact does make it somewhat like robbery and out of line with direct sales laws! Who knows, they might see this, probably not!

Purchased from this company many times and was ok. Last 2 orders totally sent the wrong items so raised an issue 2 times and no one contacted me even after giving me a complaint number, avoid this company as the customer service is terrible and can’t get in touch with them. Avoid buying

Ordered some products that never arrived and customer service was shocking they replied to my first email to say they would look into it then just blanked every single email since then. I ended up having to go through the chargeback process with my bank to get refunded which took months so I would personally avoid!

I ordered £40 worth of disposable vapes. They arrived quickly but were the wrong flavour. I emailed customer service, who eventually replied, asking me to return the items and I'd receive a refund. I checked with Royal Mail, and they received my parcel 3 weeks ago
but I still haven't got my money back, and they're not responding to my messages. Nothing but con artists. You may as well throw your money down drain

They have sent me 5x mango peach watermelon! W.t.F ??
customer service useless - no answer !

Ordered on the 4th, received the order the next day. Always prompt. Will use again.

First time I used this company I had no problems at all, but my last purchase one of the vapes I ordered didn’t work, I emailed them and had a response to say they will get back to me. Still no response so I emailed again. 2 weeks later still no response just two automated emails to say they will get back to me. I will have to contact my bank to recover the % of the faulty product. Will not be using direct product deals again.
