Op app staat 39,50 per kanaal en 25 euro voor een extra kanaal. Maar na het schoonmaken rekening van 225 euro. Dus alles boven de 5 meter kost extra. Nergens terug te vinden in de app. Erg slecht dit

This is absolutely a scam in a legit way.

I wanted to do wood stove tube cleaning. I searched multiple companies and got offers from other 2 companies and the prices were around 64 Euros for both. I also contacted this company i'm complaining about. I checked on their website, and when i open the service that i'm looking for in this page (Schoorsteen vegen) on their website.
It show price is 39,50 per canal. It doesn't mention anywhere in this page that this price is per meter.

I applied accordingly on the form and i was contacted from this phone (085 060 47 02) and he told me the price is 39,50 + 25 driving cost, which is 64,50 in total. He didn't mention anything about per meter price.

So, i planned an appointment with him, and he came today to do the tube cleaning. After he finished, he supplied an invoice (without factuur number or KVK number) and he calculated in it the price per meter as 40 Euro per meter. He said first 5 meter is for free and the remaining 4 meter (9 meter tube in total) will be 40 Euro per meter = 160 Euro + 25 driving = 185 Euro in total.

I was shocked with this price as i did this service before it was 50 Euro in the same house. And also i got 2 other offers from other compaines and it is around 64 Euros (without anything related to per meter).

I told him that you didn't say anything about per meter price on the phone and it doesn't mention that on the website page as well, he supplied another main page where it wrote per-meter in a very small dark text in the tarieven general page.

This is a scam because when you open a website you go directly to the service you are looking for and you don't read all the pages in the website. And in this service page there is nothing related to per-meter price or even a note to read it in another page. And on the phone he didn't mention anything about per-meter price.

Eventually as i was in a hurry due to my work, i didn't debate much with him and paid. I called back later and he said it's on the website and it is not his problem. I told him i will call the police, and he didn't mind besides he was rude.

That's beside the fact that even in the invoice he charged 40 instead of 39,50 anyway, and the invoice doesn't have a number or KVK.

This is a scam situation and i was charged 3x the normal price for this service.
